My roof was installed by Perry Roofing 8 years ago. It is in near new condition and one of the reasons I purchased the home last year. Recently my homeowners insurance required information re size of nails used for a wind mitigation report. Ms Marianne Vandongen in the Perry Roofing corporate office went to great effort to go back and locate this (very old) information. It saved me $800. Perry Roofing came out, looked at my roof and did a patch (it was going to rain heavily within a few days). Then they came back and did a repair. The man who repaired the hole in my roof was pleasant, professional, and took before and after pics and e-mailed them to me.Lawanna Cook was very friendly, patient, and helpful with scheduling and billing. Perry Roofing was excellent to work with. We have a spray foam roof, which I honestly was not aware of when we bought the home. They were very patient with my many questions and very informative. In March 2022, we had them do a roof repair for insurance purposes which entailed cleaning, repairing cracks & voids, and then resealing. They provided a very detailed proposal and sent before and after aerial photos once the job was complete. I had to call on them again, Oct 2022, because a limb was stuck in the roof from the tropical storm. They removed the limb and patched the small hole for no charge. They are quick and efficient. We detected a few small leaks on ceilings, realized how old the current roof was and decided it was time to replace. We got three estimates and Perry fell in the middle. But the information they supplied on the estimate was complete and helpful.It took three months from signing the contract until the actual repair but there was no hurry, getting materials took time and they keep busy.When they were able to replace the roof the work was done quickly and professionally. Got 4 quotes for a re-roof of my roughly 2500 sq/ft house. Of the 4 I had a low of $13,500 (good roofer I’d used before) and a high of $21,000.Spoke with Chris at Perry (he called me) and was quite impressed with the professional conversation we had. I'm giving a 5 star rating simply for the effort Chris put forward to communicate as that could well be an indication of the overall experience.Perry was in the middle, price wise of these quotes for a comparable roof. I've heard good things about them so may give them a try.

When we encountered an unexpected leak weeks before our scheduled install, Bo was out less than 2 hours later, checked the roof/attic, and solved the problem. We recently found water in our patio, therefore called Perry roofing to help investigate the source. Charlie from Perry came out and quickly diagnosed the source. Fortunately, it was not the roof but worn out caulking from the patio wall. Therefore a quick fix. This is our second experience with Charlie and we are very happy with the courteous professional service. I don’t write too many reviews but Charlie and Perry roofing definitely deserves 5 stars. I called about 6 different roofing companies and they all promised to call me back, but Perry Roofing was the only one that kept their promise. They really took interest in helping me out.
