Our experience with this company was awesome. In a world where a consumer is forced into leaving messages and not hearing back from someone for days on end we got a very quick response and someone was there the next day to look. We had a proposal within a day and the job was complete the next business day! You couldn’t ask for more! They were competitive in pricing and the workmanship was excellent. I had them come out in Feb to look at some leaks in the roof, I was told it was the vents leaking. After waiting a couple days for the actual quote and decided to get all the vents in the roof replaced. I was originally told it could be done over the coming weekend. Fast forward 2 weeks later when someone finally come out, it was a 3rd party contractor. Never mind the poor communication (I had to call for updates, I was not informed when there were delays) but it was poor workmanship. My roof is now leaking on the other side of the vents tthat were replaced. It is not the roof but the seal around the vents. Save yourself the $$$ and the headache and go with someone else.I do not trust Tadlock roofing and would rather pay someone else full price than trust them with my home again.
