We had a terrible experience. I had to constantly call them because the permits were not submitted to our county until a month after we signed the contract. Fast forward another 4 weeks and still didn’t start work even though the village & county approved of the permits. They kept asking for us to pay ahead of schedule even though we signed a contract as to when the increments were due. The whole project took 4 months when they said it would be done in 6 weeks. We had to pay penalties with our insurance company. Last but not least they didn’t finish painting the fascia and haven’t received a response back as to when they will complete. If you are considering this company just know it will be a nightmare.

Planning to take this company to court! extremely unprofessional they owe my mom over $2000 and the Driveway job that they did for us is incomplete. It hasn’t even been a year and the bricks are coming up. Do not do business with them!

We hired this company to remodel our kitchen, replace windows and replace doors. Lots of promises at the beginning when signing the contract and writing the check. From day 1, this company was difficult to work with! They never really finished the laundry room because they complained that the job cost them too much money. We settled..... The front door arrived with the wrong glass. We settled...... Windows were supposed to have grid lines like the ones that were replaced but arrived without them. We settled..... One window arrived clear instead of frosted. We settled...... A year later, we are still waiting for them to replace the window that arrived frosted that was supposed to be clear. Told them today that we are DONE and we would find someone else to finish the job. The sales associate "Victor" calls to lay a guilt trip that he hasn't been paid his commission on the job. I hired this Company a year ago to do the roof work and the inside ceiling since I had a leak, they did the roof and were going to start doing the rest of the work, but somehow they managed to get paid by Ygrene and after they got paid, they came back to me saying they didn't collect enough money to do the rest of the job and still up to day they never did the job. Be careful with this Company do not pay until job is completely done, otherwise they won't finish the job. The seller name is "Jorge".Service: Roof installation
