Dorin and his team were prompt, professional, affordable and honest.DLJ is a My Safe Florida Home approved contractor.The whole process was smooth. We were given a quick quoted based on our mitigation report. No frivolous sales tactic with sales people who have never even been on a roof. Dorin came out, heard our concerns, and we closed on the process. He started within two weeks, and we were finished within a few days.His crew was respectful and hard working. Someone even made a point of going out of their way to protect my orchids. They were there well past sunset to ensure that we would not be exposed over night and we would be ready for inspections.We are extremely satisfied! This is what a good business looks like.

Dorin and his team went above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning with helping me choose the best tile for my roof through the whole process was a great experience. They obtained the approval from my association along with all of the permits that were needed. Dorin kept me up to date on all of the next steps and always had someone on site to supervise while the work was being done. The customer service that was provided was exceptional and they always made sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I worked with DLJ roofing on replacing the roof due to hurricane damage. The crew that worked on the roof came on time, were professional, completed the work that needed to be done for the day and cleaned up before they left. Dorin came in to inspect and take care of any additional things that needed to be addressed. He pays attention to detail, be it cleaning up some of the small things or ensuring that the material is well protected against the elements or doing any additional checks on the work done. He responds in a timely manner to emails and messages.They replaced the roof without taking out the gutters which was very helpful. Permits and inspection were scheduled for the earliest date and final touch ups were done as soon as the roof work was completed.
