What an unprofessional company this is. Spent a large amount of money to change all the windows, sliding doors, and front door and had problems with the locks of one of the sliding doors since the first day they installed it. I called and made a claim, the same people that installed it came and checked the problem. They told me they were going to order a part for the locks and never heard from them again. 2 months had passed since that day so I called again and suddenly I’ve got the wrong number. Called the number from the website and the number is unavailable. They collected my money and scrammed. I’ve never dealt with a company so corrupt and shady in my life. This is the first time I’ve been scammed at this magnitude, it’s shocking. I wish I had invested with decent people. To top it all off, they supposedly gave me life time warranty. Not only were they responsive, they had the patience to answer all my questions, and they were kind. The job they did on my parents roof is amazing, and the windows are gorgeous and sturdy. Looking for a trust worthy company to do my parents sliding glass door and window since they live in higher floor in a condo so decided to try HK contractors. They was very professional from beginning to end. They Stayed in touch with me and keep updating me about my projects was a plus. Very professional, excellent service had one of their sales rep Juan Lopez come out to give me a quote, he explained the whole process from start to finish, he had me signing the documents the same day. The installers were fast, they kept my house as clean as possible, even took all the old windows away. My bathroom window was not included in the order, had owner come out to explain that they would take care of it at no charge which they did. I was impressed most companies would not even care. We just finished having all our windows and French doors replaced with impact windows and doors and have to say we couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Juan, who first contacted us came by so quickly to work on an estimate for the job. He was very knowledgeable and had a quote to us in very little time. We had decided to go with the pace program which extremely beneficial. We are super pleased with the quality of the product and the installation was done so efficiently with the men leaving everything so clean at the end of each day. HK Contractors LLC did a phenomenal job repairing my ceiling after it collapsed inward due to water damage while the roof was being replaced. I was surprised at how professionally it was done. Jean Marie and Cole , the 2 reps for the company were extremely attentive, responsive and concerned about my issues as they quickly responded, and dispatched workers to repair problems that arose during the roof replacement. I would recommend this company to all.Service: Drywall installation

They charged me $ 2,700 for a small area roof repair. The job was not done properly. I went on the roof and saw that they didn’t replaced the few broken tiles. When I called them could not find a right answer. Terrible service.

🚨I warn you to stay far away from this company. Please listen as it is a fair warning‼️ This is my story and this is how it all started. I found the pace paper & made the call because they solicited mail which states that they’re a free government program through Ron Desantis. This is indeed false advertisement. They rush you to opt out of the 3 day cancellation so they can have you sign over your rights faster. Cole was no where to be found during the time we had questions or when we wanted to choose our door design. He ignored my calls up until it was time to sign all documents for him to be disbursed. Lilly is also crooked. She claims she’s the owner but it’s hard to believe due to the lack of incompetence and unprofessionalism she possessed. I am highly disappointed in this company that they feel the right to go around taking the homes of innocent families. I questioned their motives after I meticulously read the 49 page contract that they so desperately needed in 20 mins of emailing it to me. I told them I need more time throughout the day to read through it and I would sign it later that day. Ohhh nooo that was the end of the world for them. You must drop everything and put your life on hold until they get what they want from you. HK contractors refused to grant me enough time to read through the contract that surprisingly was not the same one we signed in the beginning. The contract now stated different set of work and I would not be honored the homeowners insurance discount like I was promised because the garage wasn’t permitted properly. Yet you want me to sign for something that is not complete. I can continue to express my concerns with this company, but that would take days. Most importantly just don’t do it if you are not paying full price out of pocket because your house is no longer yours once you go into financing w/ them. The contract clearly states that you are not allowed to sell or refinance your house and they are backed up by a lien so don’t miss any payments or the house you worked so hard to build will be theirs. This contract is not one to get into people.

Horrible company!!! Stay AWAY! I called this company from a Pace program flyer on my door, Cole is the person that came by to tell me about the program, COLE the rep lies and cannot be trusted donot do business with these people, he seem nice but free I signed the paperwork did not answer my calls or text, first about the job these guys came over destroying my lawn with the equipment and remnants from working on my roof nails, tar, torn off room articles etc… they said they would have everything back like it was before the job that didn’t happen, after the job was done nobody told me they were done when calling the office everyone was useless had no clue and transferred just to be hung up on or voicemail, also it took over 6 months after signer paper for this job to start with no communication I oftened wondered if it would even get started another lie Cole told was they working cut a check for a soffit that’s was included property in the paperwork, to this day I have received no paperwork from HK contractors of the job or communication actually the phone number hasn’t worked recently when trying to call they are probably changing their name or going out of business BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS in my opinion and experience with them.Service: Roof installation

We contracted to get our roof replaced along with new impact windows and doors. Work was done and contract consumed in timely manner according to original contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, these people are professional scammers, I have been dealing with them for a year, since July of 22’,my $27,000 roof is incomplete! More so I have been dealing with raccoons and who knows what other rodents living in my roof because this company refuses to finish the job! Which means moe $$$ out of my pocket. It’s been lies after lies. Mind you, this company has been paid in FULL! I have spoken to LiLy Cohen (partial owner) 1 time in October, after I complained to Ygrene ( finance company) about them, then I was passed off to there office manager Jean Marie, who used to answer my calls , but have now refused to speak to me, which leads me to believe all of the 5 star ratings are fake! I have filed complaints with multiple regulating agencies and they have refused to cooperate with them. This is still an ongoing battle. For your sanity, KEEP LOOKING! I did a roofing project in the fall of 2021 with HK Contractors through the FL P.A.C.E program. Less than two years later, the roof is leaking and they are nowhere to be found. The finance company who funded the project advised they have terminated the contract with HK due to their misconduct and no county or state agency seems to have a remedy option available.Service: Roof installation

My initial review on HK Contracting was quite bad. But considering the times we are living in now (COVID) and the companies willingness to reach out to me and attempt to fix anything they could to remedy the situation, I have changed my feelings somewhat on the job done and the company as a whole.My secured contract was for a complete roof. The communication with this company is one thing I can praise. Lilly seems to always be there to answer the phone and have a discussion on whatever needs talked about. She is however upfront with you that weekends are off limits for religious reasons, which is fair.Because of everything going on, my permits took months to get. Between my HOA and the slowness of the government right now, they are more to blame than HK though. In a series of unfortunate events, HK tore my old roof off to do their work as quickly as possible as promised, and then as fate would have it, it didn't stop raining for 2 straight weeks it seemed. So with a exposed roof to the elements, things were not looking good. I called Lilly and told her, and she sent someone out the same day. Problem is, the workers she sent were either inexperienced or lazy and did not do a good job protecting the roof. This resulted in water getting into my roof and causing a small 4-5 ft of water damage on my ceiling.Now I can play the blame game all day, but in reality what happened was a series of bad events at once. But in the end my home did get damaged, so I cannot leave any more than 3 stars here. I do hope in the future HK will pick better contractors who take pride in their work and ensure a home is safe before leaving the job site.The roof was completed extremely fast and looks absolutely fantastic and I couldn't be happier, however at this time HK was very busy and could not get someone out to fix my internal ceiling right away. This lead to me writing a in-depth bad review on HK and possibly marking up the damage as a loss. However Lilly did indeed get back to me and fit me in to fix my ceiling and repaint the whole ceiling (as the colors wouldn't match) without a fee to me as it was the workers who caused the damages.The workers were leagues more professional than the roofers were and they did their hardest to ensure the work was done right. Sadly because painting pop corn is a messy business, there was some paint that was scattered across my house, but nothing I cannot fix in a day.In the end I have a beautiful roof and ceiling from HK Contracting. The problem was only on the road to get there. From the other reviews I read on Google this is not normal for HK, and they normally have their work done extremely fast and with pride in their work, so I will mark this up as a mess that occured during a trying time in our country.I do hope that HK will get better contractors under them that will represent them in the same way Lilly represented herself to me, timely, professional, and pride in their work. (It would also be nice if at least one spoke English to help communicate when something does go wrong).In the end I would say that if HK is in your area, give them a chance. They are at least one of the few companies that will follow through when something goes wrong, instead of slighting you.

These con artists are papering my neighborhood with deceptive advertisements intended to fool low-information homeowners into taking predatory PACE Loans. There is no business information on the ads just a Broward and Miami phone number. These loans are not from the government and are at ridiculous rates.When you call the number on the ad they will not tell you who they are and will lie to you about what they do. This is not a government program and these contractors are con artists.I've explicitly told them not to put any more ads on my home and they've ignored my request. If you see an ad from HK Contractors LLC in your neighborhood, I suggest you call and tell them to go away and never return.If they want this review removed they can speak to me directly about it.

I used a different company for my impact windows and it was a nightmare- guys were showing up late, not cleaning up after themselves, leaving for hours in the middle of the day . I called HK Contractors to do my roof and they ended up doing my 2 sliders and front door as well. It was like night and day. This company is the worst. I used them to installed impacted Windows in My condo. One of the sliding Doors have lock issues since it was installed.
