After the crazy weather in Florida last weekend, with all that rain and wind, my bedroom ended up pretty messed up from water damage. I really want to say a huge thanks for the fast and professional help I got to fix it. The crew was awesome; they quickly covered the damaged part of the roof with a tarp to stop more water from getting in and set up drying machines carefully around the house. They made sure everything was out of the way so we could keep moving around without any hassle. The way they handled everything quickly and smoothly was super impressive.

In April I came home to what most would describe, A nightmare! One of the main pipes in my 2 story townhouse had burst flooding my entire first floor. After calling several companies and not getting a quick response my friend recommended Casualty Pro Restoration. I first I spoke to Nelson and he was very quick to respond and very understanding, I can tell that he comes from customer service and has much experience with emergencies. He immediately set me up with his crew and same day they where extracting the water, picking up the mess and drying my property. The crew members where also very understanding and respectful to my personal property and myself. We had a total of 3 damages rooms, common areas and our kitchen. Alfredo and his crew where great about taking care of my belongings all while getting my house dried. They accommodated all their machines for the dry out in a way that would allow me and my family to use the house as we normally would all while providing a safe environment to walk ,cook and live at. There is no need to look further, i recommend Casualty Pro all the time. Special thanks to Nelson and Alfredo for your great detail to work and procedure.

His team was always courteous and showed up when they said they would. They put down paper and plastic to Keep my house clean, moved and covered our furniture.
