I had my roof repaired less than a year ago by Rooftop Solutions. With the initial job they were great, however my roof is now leaking again (10 months later) in the same exact spot! At the time of the repair I was told the roof did not require replacing and could be patched. I spent thousands on the roof repair as well as fixing the interior of my home. I tried calling them for weeks to have the new/old leak re-evaluated, and they wouldn’t return any of my calls. Finally after leaving an initial review here they reached out to me. I am being told that they only had a six month guarantee on my repair and the leak started ten months after the repair. They will not come and inspect the roof in an attempt to fix what was not repaired the first time. Instead they have told me that I just need to replace the roof now. This is after they told me 10 months ago it didn’t need to be replaced and could just be patched. I am extremely disappointed. Terrible customer service and won’t stand behind their work. I’ll now be looking for another company to come fix their mistakes. UPDATE 11/27 - issue is NOT RESOLVEDService: Roof repair

A pesar de recordarles varias veces, no cambiaron un par de tejas rotas (imagino las rotas que no puedo ver) y la chapuceria de 8 pies de Facia Board que cambiaron en una esquina de la casa. Cayo cemento sobre uno de los aire acondicionados y cemento salpico la pared. Aunque el contrato aclara que estan incluidos 40 pies lineales de Facia Board, aconsejo que contraten a alguien fuera de esa compania para que inspeccione y decida la madera que debe ser reemplazada. Ellos no revisaron varios pies afectados por comejen y por tanto es muy tarde para reemplazar. Ahora tengo que usar algun compound para remendar esa madera. Reconozco lo dificil de contratar buenos trabajadores durante esta pandemia, pero el jefe de una empresa debe supervisar el trabajo con mas frecuencia. No puedo recomendarlos. Como dice el refran....Lo Barato Sale Caro. El pintor que contrate para pintar la facia de madera no rompió nada. La madera debía ser reemplazada porque tiene túneles de termitas y eso no fue detectado por sus empleados. Eso es parte del contrato y no fue cumplido.Service: Roof installation
