Disastrous Experience with Sealed Tight Roofing: Avoid at All Costs!My experience with Sealed Tight Roofing was nothing short of a nightmare. I hired them to fix a problem on my roof, expecting a professional and timely job as they were well recommended. However, what I got was far from it.Firstly, their promised timeline was a complete sham. What was supposed to be a two-day project turned into a never-ending saga of delays. Each time they provided a new excuse, from weather problems to material shortages, it became evident that their project management was severely lacking.When they finally did get around to working on my roof, the quality was abysmal. The materials used were clearly subpar, and the workmanship was sloppy at best. Not only did they fail to address the issues we discussed during the initial consultation, but they also created new problems that I now have to pay someone else to fix.Communication with Sealed Tight Roofing was another issue altogether. They were impossible to reach most of the time, and when they did respond, it was with vague promises and empty apologies. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. They also left the builder that recommended them hanging on several other jobs.To top it all off, their billing practices were shady. They tried to charge me for services they hadn't even completed and added hidden fees that were never mentioned in the contract.In conclusion, Sealed Tight Roofing is a complete scam. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and their work is of terrible quality. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.
