So disappointed, I read great reviews so I reached out for a 2 bathroom work, we scheduled an appointment, I took time of work to be available for the appointment and they never showed up, they called a phone number (my husband’s) and he could not answer because he was at work but never reached out to me so they just didn’t show up. I reached out to them, and since I asked for an explanation for standing me up and costing me a day of work, they told me to find someone else.

Very unpleasant experience, DO NOT HIRE!The job was quoted to take 2 weeks with a possibility for a third week “just to be safe”, however, it has now been 5 weeks and the project has not been completed. Because of how unreliable the owner/manager is, I am having to finish the installation of vanity, mirror and door myself as well as the dryer vent ducting and cleaning after their workers.I had to manage the project myself as Osdany is extremely unreliable with time and rarely visits the property, causing major delays to the project.Even after sharing my frustration with their services and the bathroom not being finished, he is asking to receive full payment for a job that was not completed.Photo shown is the project “completed” and the company asking for full payment immediately.Services: Tile work installation, Install flooring, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Plumbing fixture installation
