I replaced my entire roof with Z Roofing. I am so impressed with this company. I called them next day they went to see my roof and sent me an estimate. The entire process was so sooth. I used this company back in 2018 to replace entire roof. Company was responsive, professional and great. Having had a great experience back then, called them recently to do repair work. Now they are not responsive, gave me the run around, had to continually call them for answers. Their quality of service and responsibility to customers has gone down. Won’t use them again. I just finished working with Z Roofing to replace my roof & the level of service they provided was incredible. From start to finish it was probably the most professional experience in construction that I've received since purchasing my home and completing renovations. I signed the contract right before the holidays, they had my permit approved within a week and started working the following day. It took them 3 weeks to complete everything from requesting permit to final inspection by the city, which is exactly the schedule they had given me. They really exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was the holidays and the horror stories I have heard from others regarding backorders and materials. They will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and it is absolutely worth every penny to not be on a mission chasing someone to complete your roof and permitting. Luis, took care of all the licensing and issues with the city in a very prompt way. Maria, is exceptional!!! She knows everything about your roof, answers all your questions, makes sure that if she doesn't have the answer, she will find it and get back to you right away. She answers the phone every time in such a cheerful and professional manner, its so nice to speak to her. The roof was repaired and replaced on time, which is not a norm for this type of situation. Z-Roofing is the best roofing company in Miami - period. I received about 10 quotes for the new roof my insurance company required and Z-Roofing beat every single quote by at-least 20%. My wife and I had no idea what kind of look or style we wanted and the process was quite daunting, or so we thought. Zach, the owner, came to our house with catalogues and samples; he walked us through every single option and answered all of our questions. We decided on a flat tile roof and the end result was amazing. I can't recommend this company enough. My experience with Z Roofing first class. I dealt directly with the owner (Family owned and operated), was given the best price out of 4 similar roofing companies, was treated as if I was their only customer and the work they performed could not have been any better. They left the property cleaner than how they found it and came through with the schedule they gave me from start to finish. They worked on a small $1,500 repair to my home and have now just finished a $22,000 repair to the commercial roof of the office building I work in. Very versatile company and there isn't a doubt that they are by far the best roofing company I have dealt with.
