Working with Remy for my new roof and gutters is what made my experience a good one. Remy was available along the way to help the process run smoothly. There were some delays which were completely out of his hands but he assisted in communication when I reached out to him. My roof is apparently a difficult one as I had 2 local companies decline the job altogether. My roof and gutters look amazing and seem to be working great! Even the neighborhood owl likes it (see last pic). Thank you Remy and Worthmann!

When we got hit by a hurricane it was difficult to deal with all the damage. We had many companies come offer their services. But in the end, we trusted Worthmann, and we were glad we did! Our salesperson Tommy treated us well and answered all our questions. Made the process very easy. Paul and his team of roofers did an exceptional job with the roof installation. And finally, Chazz and the team took care of the gutters. All their work was done exceptionally and the clean up after was excellent. We are happy with our new roof and gutters. And will recommend Worthman to everyone we know. They take pride in their work and that's hard to find these days.

Update on 12/23/23: The "gutter boys" installed our gutters and did a fabulous job! What a courteous, professional and hard working group of guys. Again, I would highly recommend Worthmann for gutters and roof.-----------------Fantastic across the board! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional from Josh in Sales to Bobby the supervisor and his crew, and the office staff. We were presented various options for replacing our roof. Everything was detailed and clear - no hidden gotchas. Delivery of materials and work crew showed up when scheduled. The crew worked from sunup to sundown and even cleaned up in the dark at the end of each day. The roof looks fantastic and better than the original. We highly recommend Worthmann.

Worthmann Roofing did an excellent job installing the new roof and everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and responsive. From my initial meeting with DJ to get a proposal throughout the process Phillip has answered any questions and resolved everything to my complete satisfaction. Tyler came back with a crew to check a few things. He was fantastic. I met Christian today when he came by to check one more thing. As expected, he was very polite and everything was fine with the roof. There were no issues. Most importantly, they have no problem coming back to look at something even though it has turned out there was nothing wrong. It alleviates the stress involved with such a large expense. I will continue to recommend Worthmann to everyone I know.

We talked to a lot of roofers and I saw a few commercials with Worthman in them and we called and set up an appointment but then canceled ,3 months later set up an appointment and JOSH came by and gave us an estimate and he called me about a week later just to see if we made up our minds and my wife thought he was a good honest guy. He kept his word on everything we talked about and our quote was actually the price we paid once our new roof was completed. Jose’ was our project manager, him and his crew were very professional,clean and courteous. They would get to work as soon as they showed up in the morning. JOSH and JOSE’ would answer their phones as well we were never wondering about anything. I would recommend Worthmann to anyone needing a new roof, ask for JOSH as your salesman and JOSE’ and his crew to do the work,You will Thank me later.

Just had Worthmann Roofing and Gutters install a new metal roof on our home. The sales guy Eric was a pleasure to work with and everything with the roof done as promised. Jose, the site supervisor communicated with us with every aspect of the job that was happening. We had rain on the 3rd day and let me tell you these guys worked their butts off, even in the rain. Everyone was very professional. They were here when they said they would be here and worked until dark. All these men and women were some of the hardest working people I hae ever seen!!! They did a great job with the clean up and left little!! We will be having gutters installed by Worthmann as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Worthmann for a new roof!!! We love our new roof!

I really appreciate the work that Worthmann Roofing did on my house.CJ Afoa the site supervisor showed up ready to talk to me and address any concerns. Every question was answered, even the questions I didn't know to ask. I had a metal roof installed by Worthmann’s. The communication pre-install was clear. I knew exactly what to expect and when the crew would arrive. They showed up when they said they were going to, and completed the job efficiently. It was done in two days. Several months after the job was complete, I had a worker on my roof who pointed out a couple concerns. I contacted Worthmann’s to give them a chance to make things right. They sent workers out to replace a couple of the metal sheets. They also agreed to compensate me for some repairs I had to make around the chimney. No company is perfect; however, what is important is that they make things right if something falls through the cracks.

We shopped around and found very few companies that offered the quality and professionalism of Worthmann Roofing. Their price was not the lowest, but it was the very BEST value. We were not interested in chasing after contractors that either don't show up or delay starting after taking your money. We didn't want to play that game, so we went with the Worthmann's experienced team. It truly paid off for us. Our sales person, Eric Griffith, was patient with us and allowed us ask questions until we felt certain about it. Next we asked for a Veteran's discount, and Eric conveyed that to the owner, who provided us a few points off. Very kind! The materials were sourced and ordered, and after about 4 weeks came in, allowing for a quick scheduling of the start date. On the day it began, a crew of 3 hard-working young men arrived, and worked diligently for 2 long days until it was done. No loud music playing and no foul language was heard. Our sales person also came by 2 more times, to check on the job. We also were visited by Kevin Funk, who is their manager that makes sure the job is done right. At the end he inspects the job and makes sure it will pass the final inspection required from Permitting. At the end we can say that we recommend Worthmann Roofing and would easily do it again. We needed a new roof after the hurricane hit Jasper on Labor Day and the people from Worthmann were all just so great. Jeremy came at the end of a long day and he patiently answered every question we had. He has done so every time we needed him. Paul, the supervisor, was great as well. And the crew was so fast, I thought they were taking a lunch break when in fact they were actually done !Excellent work... great price... thank you all !

Worthmann completed my new roof in February 2023 and I've waited a year now to post this review.I choose this company because the salesman - Jeremy, was knowledgable, detailed, and made a thorough inspection of the roof inside the attic as well as outside. No other company did this. He showed me with pictures, exactly which sheets of plywood would need replacing. He also made return visits to address some concerns I had about the gutters on his own time.He was super conscientious!I cannot say enough about the support/office staff, especially the Warranty department. They are excellent and so professional. I've had a couple issues that have needed attention and Ashly Arellano has been so helpful and efficient. My calls are always returned immediately, or by the end of the day.Raymon Blanco, the repair technician, is wonderful. He calls in the morning with an eta, and sends updates if he's going to be late.

Worthmann installed two roofs for us; the installation was timely and, as far as we could see, well done. A year later, we have a small hole in the roof (less than 10 inches), probably from a fallen branch. Worthmann has a minimum $2500 repair policy, pricing us out of their repairs and making a mockery of any follow-up maintenance on the roofs they installed, let alone 20 year warranties for labor. If you have Worthmann install the roof, you should be aware that you are on your own the moment the crew is gone.

I had shopped for an honest/reputable roofing company starting a year ago. I landed on Worthmann Roofing back then. I was impressed by the quality and patience of the man I spoke with that day.One year later, when ready to contract for my roof replacement, I called Worthmann. They sent their sales rep. Jeremy Wilkinson. He was terrific! He didn't try to sell me anything that I did not want. A very nice man. He also staying in touch during the job and came on the last day.I would, and have already recommended Jeremy to several of my neighbors.The correspondences leading up to the start date were very clear and detailed.The start day was on time. The supervisor was John McCuiston and he also was very impressive. John was there the entire time with the crew. Always making sure that things were done correctly. Josh Snyder was a pleasure to deal with and he was straight-forward and clear in his estimate. Their team came out quickly and had my three story house done in a little over two days. My roof is steep and high - but this did not deter them. They had a person on-site the whole time willing to answer questions as needed. They were thorough in their clean-up and conscientious. They were not the lowest price - but close enough that I could choose them for their promptness and professionalism and not feel bad. My roof had begun shedding shingles, and l had seen Worthmann Roofing trucks in my neighborhood recently, plus l liked their tv ads. From the time l called to set up the estimate to the time the gentleman came with the rolling magnet to pick up loose nails, it was a great experience. Josh, my contact, went out of his way to insure my full understanding of the project and to insure my satisfaction with the finished job, which was completed as per quote. I am so glad l contacted Worthmann to do this job! My new roof is beautiful!!

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. The workers were all very efficient, working all day with only one lunch break. A stark change from workers who are always on phones, etc., and they did a great job. But the two people I want to write about are your representative, Josh Snyder and the job foreman C.J. C.J. was on top of everything, available for any questions and made sure the crew had all the materials necessary to do the job, so there was no downtime. The entire job went so smoothly....very impressive. However, the star of this review has to be Josh Snyder. We made the mistake of getting involved with an unscrupulous roofing company out of Ocala. Josh was instrumental in getting out of their grip which allowed us to move forward. Josh explained every step dealing with insurance, spoke with them on our behalf and kept things moving smoothly. We were novices to the ins and outs of dealing with insurance and roofing and we absolutely could not have gotten thru the process without him. He was so invested in keeping our stress levels to a minimum. I regard Josh as the son we never had. Definitely an exemplary employee!

Like most of us I am not a roofer I am a teacher. Due to this fact I do my research as much a possible but at the end of the day I have to rely on the experience of the professionals. Unfortunately this company has 100% lost my trust.When my roof was finished I noticed that a few shingles were raised in a way that did not look right to me (again not a roofer) so I asked. I was told oh yeah it’s fine just the angle. I would have accepted that answer but a different roofer on the team went to look at the area I was asking about and proceeded to take a box cutter and trim the shingle so it would lay better. My trust in the men working on my roof is now on shaky ground.I noticed another shingle is slightly raised I mention it worker A says it’s all good. Then worker B glues the shingle down. I say hey thought it was good worker A respond oh well ah… And now I don’t trust anything any of these men say.Don’t use this company especially in Florida with our hurricanes. I will never have the peace of mind that my roof is laid correctly due to the words an actions of these men. From the initial point of contact with DJ Hardy, to the roof inspection and estimate, choosing materials, signing contracts, job initiation, work in progress, and finally job completion...everything was wonderful. The communication was perfect! The on site Superintendent, Cody, effectively kept the job moving while tending to the property. I would be remiss if I did not mention the gents that were on the roof. Wow!! Great prices, great service!! I was hesitant to put gutters on my brand new house even though we needed them! Worthmann did a phenomenal job! They actually make the house look more finished. They came to do an estimate on time and the crew came in 3 days! Their crew is fast and cleaned up very well- no sign that they’d been here. I highly recommend them. They’ll be the ones I call also if I need a roof in the future.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh, Rachel, and CJ from Worthmann Roofing and Gutters to replace the shingles on our roof. We made a great decision. Our roof is rather large, old and not very ordinary. I expected challenges for the installers, and I was correct. However, the crew took the challenges in stride and did a great job. Communication from Worthman Roofing with us was outstanding. The work ethic was sensational. The crew arrived early and stayed late - no I have not heard any complaints from neighbors - quite the contrary. Neighbors have stopped me in the street and praised how wonderful the house looks and how hard the crew worked. I would jump at the chance to work with this team again. Five stars is not enough.

I signed a contract with Worthmann for $5783.89 to repair roof damage to my metal roof due to a tree limb knocking off part of the chimney. About a week later, I get another contract sent to me for $7416.36, asking me to sign it. I inquired what this was for and was told that the estimator made errors in the cost of the metal material and labor costs. It's not my fault they underestimated and Worthmann refused to honor the signed contract! Poor way to do business!
