"I recently closed on a Condo in St. Petersburg, after the closing I returned to New Jersey. The only problem was the condo I just purchased needed to be painted. I picked Pretty Handy Mandy from her website and the online reviews. Mandy's website seemed genuine and she delivered just as she advertised. I phoned Mandy and left a message. To my surprise, she returned my call the next day. We talked over the phone about the job, the color and the trim work and Mandy understood exactly what I wanted. She arrived at the condo the next morning on time and with her crew ready to start. Mandy's estimate for the job was competitive with other painting companies and she said the job would take three days. Mandy and her crew were able to complete it in two full days. Mandy e-mailed many photos to me. I was able to see her work and what a difference it made in the appearance of my condo. If you have any doubts about hiring Mandy, go ahead and HIRE HER! She will do a great job, and it will be done to your satisfaction. Hiring a painter from a website without ever meeting the contractor is risky, but Mandy is a true professional. She is very polite and treats you with respect. I am so glad I found her. I highly recommend Mandy for your interior painting work. ---Linda

Great company. Mandy is a joy to work and has a great crew. She's insured and bonded and provided our condo association everything they needed. Very punctual, courteous, and talented. She knows her trade and is a perfectionist which is a great attribute for a painter. She's fast and very thorough. Will definitely be using her in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for interior or exterior paint and repairs. Five stars for this company.

Bought a rehab house that was in very bad shape. I had heard about Mandy thru a contractor. To make it short and simple, she is awesome. Did beautiful work, was professional in all aspects of the job. Would absolutely recommend for any paint job. Do yourself a favor and hire her for any of your painting needs. No job to big or small.

Pretty Handy Mandy is a precise painter with a decorator’s eye for color and design with paints. I recently added on to my house and changed the facade in the front and I wanted a Key West & Craftsman combination look on the outside and Caribbean colors on the inside. Mandy gave me precise lines between the colors on the inside and the outside is fantastic. Mandy made several suggestions, including turning a fake aluminum roof over the garage door into an aged copper look & color combinations for the garage door, that has strangers stopping to ask me where I got the copper panels & lights and who is my designer. My house went from drab to fab with paint and creativity. Mandy Rocks! I am planning another addition and I will ask the contractor to give me a bid, minus the painting because I have my painter. Pretty Handy Mandy.

HIRE HER! I needed someone to finish up some “honey-do’s” that had been dragging along. I called and she came out the same day for an estimate. My wife and I were immediately impressed! She is obviously passionate about her work and seeks perfection. We scheduled for the next week, she showed up on time and ready to work, and she completed ahead of schedule and at a fair price. The work was immaculate! No issues, whatsoever. I will unreservedly get her back in for additional work.

Stay away from her . She is a joke . Terrible worker & work ethics and the only one she has working for her is her lazy husband . You will either be begging her to get the job done or just get so frustrated you will just kick her off your property . TERRIBLE SO CALLED COMPANY.... STAY AWAY!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
