We gave them a call, they responded and gave us a professional and honest consultation and the best price as well. We had them replace the entire roof . they were, as before, very efficient, respectful of property, and used quality materials. A.J Wells has the highest recommendation from this family.

Back in 2008 Aj Wells did an excellent job putting a new roof on. Four years later wind was blowing sideways and had a small leak and they promptly came out and caulked a seam at N/C. So in 2024 after some storm damage I was in need of another roof I called three companies for quotes and AJ had the best price. I dealt with some of same people and once again they did a great job. Thanks again!

I purchased my house 7 years ago. One of the reasons for choosing the house was because the roof had just been replaced. Fast forward to today and the roof is failing due to the poor installation done by the previous homeowner. I talked with several companies, everyone said the same thing, but AJ Wells saved the day. They were the only company that could do ALL of the work that was needed to do the repairs correctly. They replaced the entire roof, along with approximately 60% of the underlayment, had to take apart part and put back together parts of the chimney, install flashing, replaced leaking skylights, replaced rotted siding, and painted too! The entire team, from my first call to request a quote to the last call from the project manager making sure I was happy with the work, was amazing! The AJ Wells team stayed on budget, kept me informed each step of the project, and everyone was professional, respectful, and nice. They always took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. The new roof is perfect! I will definitely hire AJ Wells again!

Got a new roof in 2020 through AJ Wells. Good price and good customer service from the office.The crew that they sent out to install the roof brought an old radio that shorted out and started a small grass fire while they were at lunch. Not much damage except a small patch of grass and a few lightly charred bricks on the side of the house. Thankfully, it wasn’t worse than it was. The company gave a small discount off the total price for the incident.I recently went into a part of my attic that I haven’t been in since before the new roof was installed. I discovered a smashed air duct leading to two bedrooms, which explains why they’ve been difficult to heat or cool. I have no proof of who did it, but the roofing crew were the only people that have been in that area in the past 4 years.Otherwise, everyone involved were professional and courteous.Now I need someone to repair the air duct.

I truly believe Mr. Arthur Wells has the best roofing company. My house was hit with a wind shear and had to have a new roof. Mr. Wells and his team helped me with the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. I got the perfect color for my house, and people always comment on what a beautiful roof that I have. My neighbors on both sides of my house got their roof done by him and his company. it was easy to get a quote. no high pressure salesman. the price was right in there within all of the others but the service was exceptional. Vera in the office is very good at returning your calls quickly and professionally. the job was done quick and the clean up was even better. i haven't found a nail in the yard at all!. i would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We chose A. J. Wells Roofing for our roof project based on reading of positive reviews on various platforms. Our roof was passed its useful life and we had leaks in multiple areas.The crew showed up early and took care to protect surrounding landscaping before the tear-off of existing roof. Quite a bit of damage was discovered after removal. The project manager and job foreman were very informative and worked with us on keeping additional costs to a minimum. Our roof structure repairs included replacing approximately eight full sections of sheeting and over 100 linear feet of fascia.Our new roof was brought up to current hurricane code and a wind mitigation report was completed and delivered upon completing of work.Our new architectural roof looks great and the flashing and trim really finish the whole thing off nicely.A. J. The roof to my house was replaced in 2015. It's now 2023 and we started to notice some leakage and suspected it was a warranty issue with the roofing material, due to not evidence of weather damage (It happens). So, I called AJ wells roofing who installed the roof. I was shocked at how responsive they were to warranty claims. Keep in mind AJ wells no longer does asphalt roofing anymore... to my understanding they do metal roofing and metal fabrication now. They came out within the next two days to inspect my roof and agreed it was a warranty issue with no hassle. I work in the construction industry and majority of the time... filing a warranty claim can be a difficult task and can be drawn out. My roof was repaired within two weeks! It would have been replaced within the same week I called but we were waiting on material and wanted to be play it safe for weather. Eric, took care of my repairs. He was awesome! Eric was great when it came to communication and punctuality. Thank you A.J. Wells for adhering to your warranty even after changing the business model of the company! Outstanding work and communication! I will definitely come back for business again, if I ever need it.

The work crews are courteous and very eager to answer any questions that I have. The quality of their work is superb. The owner, Mr. Wells is also very attentive to any question or need that I have, and he usually responds right away. Overall I am very pleased that I chose them as the one replacing our roof. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor working on my house! The estimators, roofing crew, and office staff were beyond helpful and courteous. Arthur Wells is an attentive, involved owner. He called me himself just to check on things. He handled all dealings with my insurance company when they denied the original claim. I had my roof replaced with a standing seam roof from AJ Wells a year ago. I did my research and decided that they were the best company to go with. I waited a year, because I did not want to leave a review, since I did not think I could leave a five star review. I had some concerns come up and while they were addressed, I thought that was not enough to leave a positive review. I have done my research and found out what happens when you pick the wrong roofer. It can be disastrous. My roof looks great, and has withstood major rain storms. I have a 10 year workmanship warranty and 35 finish warranty on the metal from the makers of the metal. My concerns looking back seem like nothing, and I would make the same choice of going with AJ Wells if I could go back and change anything. The price seems like a lot, but I will never have to have another roof put on ever, and considering how many times I would have to put a new shingle roof on my home in my lifetime. It is actually cheaper to go with metal. Durability is proven looking at the damage done with hurricane Laura, of the very fortunate few that had houses still standing with their roofs still attached, a lot of them seemed to be ones with standing seam metal. I am very glad I picked what and who I did.

I selected AJ Wells to replace my roof after reading all of the positive reviews from previous customers. They did an outstanding job of using top quality material and during the roof replacement process discovered numerous damaged panels that were not even part of the original claim. I spoke to Mr.Wells before his crew started the job that I did not want any damage to my landscape scrubs so he instructed his crew to build protection platforms around them to prevent damage. You tell me what roofing company will go out their way to satisfy the customer that much in order to keep them happy. Another thing that impressed me by this company was after the job was complete the company completely cleaned up every area around the house including bringing in a professional contractor to power wash the gutters, driveway and walkways. You are not going to find a better roofing company that come close to the quality and professionalism and workmanship AJ Wells demonstrates on each job site.
