When a tree limb went right through my roof I called my insurance company. They sent Baldwin Roofing Company my way. John Foss came and did a thorough inspection of the damaged spot as well as the rest of my roof. He was quick to get the plans sent in to get an order processed for new shingles. Justin Wade the project manager called and came to explain the process to me. The crew then came and worked very hard. It did not take them long to repair the damaged spot. I recently hired Baldwin to replace my roof, and I must say that it was a great experience. From start to finish, the job went smooth. The president of the company(Chase) took care of us the whole time. He was up front with me and did not promise me anything that he could not deliver on. He worked with my insurance company in the approval process so I would not have to stress. He stayed in constant contact and always let us know what the next step was. I always say that communication is key. However, the professionalism did not stop there. Everyone apart of this organization were top of the line in their respective roles. The project manager planned everything to the T. The scheduling officer made sure that job stayed on task. Last but not least, the installers were just awesome. Baldwin most definitely made this process convenient, and low key. I have already passed out their business cards to my neighbors, and I 100% recommend them for your roofing needs. Baldwin Roofing was an excellent solution to a bad situation. After starting with a bad experience with a roofer, we transitioned to Baldwin. Baldwin was completely upfront and transparent with the process, material, and costs before starting (unlike our original roofer). The installers were friendly and professional and maintained a clean working environment. Everything was scheduled and communicated effectively. And there were no mysterious cost overruns when the project was complete! They operate a superior company with the highest certifications from GAF, allowing them to offer excellent long-term full coverage GAF warranties (few roofers can offer this warranty). When we needed to call them back after the work was complete to address some minor issues, they arrived and addressed the issues in less than 24 hours. He also worked with our insurance company to help get part of the job covered.
