Benton Integrity re-roofed a home built in 1915 for me. Lots of wood rot and rigs from the last re-roofing (23 years ago). Benton Integrity spent a lot of time fixing the rot and rigs before installing the new roof. The roof turned out really nice and solid. Very skilled crew.

It was a pleasure to work with Aaron on the replacement of our roof under the GAF warranty. Unfortunately, the defective shingles were found by the inspector of the buyer of our house. The closing was delayed until the roof was replaced. They did an excellent and timely job. We were able to close on the sale of our house and move out of state. Benton Integrity did an excellent job on my roof! The job was completed in 1.5 days and they left my house/yard spotless. From the beginning they were extremely responsive to all my inquiries and came in with the most competitive quote. Ask for Mike Salm as your Project Manager as he is extremely thorough and professional. He replied to all my emails within a few hours, was prompt to meetings and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Mike made this difficult process needing a roof after the hurricane an ease by dealing directly with my insurance so I did not have to with my busy work schedule. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure my property looked neat. They actually showed pride in their work. After reading all the reviews online, I've decided to go with this company. Mike came out to talk to us and gave us an estimate. The price is higher than all the other roofing companies in town. But I dont mind paying more for the quality of my new roof and the customer service that is worthy of my time.After a 2 months period of waiting, we finally got our roof replaced. The crew worked on it for a few days. There were some debris left on our yard that I wish they had cleaned up after leaving our lot. But oh well.. I'm sure they were busy since it was right after the hurricane. I wanted to wait for a year before writing this review because I needed to see if there is any problems with the service and our new roof, but it's looking fantastic so far.I enjoyed working with Mike, he is thorough and passionate about his job, so I respect the time he put out with work with our insurance for us.I highly recommend this company if you want sturdy, high quality roofing services.

We had a positive buying experience with Benton Integrity Roofing Systems. John was respectful, always returned my calls, remained patient with all my concerns, addressed every concern we had, made us feel like we were not an inconvenience, and was courteous at all times. The on-site workers/roofers were professional and polite, and they communicated efficiently as needed. Also, a lot of family and friends have asked about whether there were a lot of nails left around the house, and I can honestly answer that we did not notice any nails left after the roof was completed. I needed a roof repair on short notice for my insurance renewal. Mike from Benton Integrity came out on a weekend and took the time to inspect and find the issue. My husband and I were so impressed with his honesty. Although we thought we needed a major roof repair, he showed us the source of the leak was from our attic vent. What we expected to be very costly was a minor issue! We will use them again anytime we have a roofing need and highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest roofer.

So unfortunately I had mixed results with Benton Roofing recently. About two months ago they put a new roof on my home. The salesman Mike was very nice and professional and the rest of their staff was the same. Our issues arose when they arrived to install the roof. About an hour into the install I noticed that they had new roofing vents in my driveway that I did not order. I inquired about this and was told they were adding these additional, incorrect style vents to my roof, which was not what I agreed to or paid for. I told the crew supervisor who had to call the salesman to verify I was correct. The salesman arrived on site awhile later and confirmed that they were supposed to cover all existing vents and not add these new ones. If I would not have caught this myself they would have installed large vents that were not supposed to be cut into my roof and would have had to correct later. Which would have been a real pain and extremely inconvenient for me and my family.After the new roof was installed I noticed that there were two corners of my roof where the shingles were cut crooked, layered too thickly and were separating. I contacted the salesman, Mike who came back out to my home a few days later to inspect it. He told me that he would have his team come back out to fix the shingles. Well, I waited about a week and did not hear anything so I contacted Mike again. He told me that he would follow up with his team and get back to me. Long story short I did not hear anything for several weeks so I began calling their main office to inquire why I had not been contacted. The office staff were friendly and they told me they would contact their roof repair team and have them come out. I did not hear back for several days so I called them again. During this call they scheduled a specific appointment for the repair team to come out. As the date approached I received a call to reschedule the repair date. I agreed and when the new date and time arrived the guy did not show up. So I called the office again who told me the guy was running late and would be at my home in an hour. If he was going to be late they should have called to let me know this. An hour and a half later he arrived and was apologetic but I could tell that he had forgotten about the appointment and would not have come to my house that day if I would not have called.The roof Benton Roofing installed looks good overall but we had issues along the way that made working with them very frustrating. Once the roof was installed and paid for it was very difficult for me to get them to follow through on making what amounted to being simple repairs (took two months). There was also a consistent lack of communication amongst their team members that caused me, the customer, to have to repeatedly follow up tp get them to honor their commitments. It should not be that way.

Benton Integrity did a wonderful job on my roof. Mike Salm checked to see were my leak was coming from and made sure the crew fixed the problem when doing the roof. Other companies said that getting a new roof would be all that was needed without checking the leak. The crew was very professional letting me know what was going on. Treated us with professionalism and courtesy every step of the way. After looking at the great reviews and having Benton produce an estimate for our repairs we found them to be reasonably priced and decided to go with them for our roofing needs and we were not disappointed, Mike is a great representative for the company and as our sole point of contact for the job he was honest, kind and patient and took the time to explain the options to me and ensure I had all the Information I needed to make a decision without any pressure. The work was completed earlier than expected thanks to a last minute cancellation which was very lucky and I am more than happy with the quality of the work (not that I'm an expert but the Roof looks great). There were no added extras or "issues" which bumped up the price mid-job which I have experienced before with other contractors and all in all the service was fantastic! We got three quotes from different roofers before choosing Benton. After meeting Matt and seeing their price point right in the middle of the range of quotes, it was a no brainer. We were not disappointed. The job began exactly as scheduled aka right on time, and they managed to remove our old roof and put on a new one in less than three days. The crew was respectful of both us and our neighbors and did a great job cleaning up. After the job was finished there was some detritus in a courtyard (that the crew could not possibly have seen), and when we texted Matt about it he came over the very next day and cleaned it up himself. To have a higher up employee focusing on such a minor detail speaks to their customer service and commitment to our satisfaction. I could not recommend them strongly enough.

After another contractor replaced my roof the chimney leaked. When they failed to repair it, I called Benton Integrity Roofing. Benton bid on my roof job originally but because their price was somewhat higher, I hired the other guy. Big mistake on my part! Mike Salm, Benton's Project Manager, diagnosed my problem and had his crew out to fix it in a half a day's time. Mike was very knowledgeable, quite personable and clearly determined to solve the problem for me in short order. And, that is what he did. Benton is my roofing contractor of choice from now on and should be yours as well.

Kirk Rainey and the entire office staff that I dealt with at Benton were professional and pleasant to deal with in all aspects of the project. Benton offered the best value and options of the 3 quotations I received. They are a long time established roofing company in the Jacksonville community and that speaks volumes of their contestant quality and workmanship, and honesty. There were no “hidden” charges or additional costs. The final bill was 100% as quoted. Let’s not forget the install crew as they are the ones they are the ones that actually performed the work. The superintendent was very informative to me as the homeowner and kept me posted on the progress and they worked together as a very organized team. No regrets what so ever in choosing Benton.

Jayson Narag and the entire team at Benton Integrity provided excellent customer support. I had several quotes from other companies. Out of all the other companies Jayson was the only that took the time to educate me on the different roof system options and the how to deal with my insurance company. It took approximately four months to work through the issues with my insurance company. Benton Integrity Roof Systems are great, I recently had some storm damage from Hurricane Herminie in 2016. I contacted 4 Roofing companies, although Benton was not the least inexpensive, I went with them on my reroof. The reason is they received very good rating reviews in the quality, workmanship, and material. Their customer service is above and beyond what is expected from a company. I am in the process of selling my home and the home inspector and the appraiser stated, Superior roofing I've not seen any better. My hats off to Kurt and his team. I am extremely pleased with Benton Integrity Roofing. They completed a superb install on my house and I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood due to the GAF brand shingles they use. GAF is a top quality shingle that has a high definition detailed look to it. You can tell the difference from the other houses in the neighborhood that have recently been re-roofed with a different brand. My roof outshines the other nearby roofs. The process from beginning to finish was superb. I will start with my salesman/advisor Jayson Narag. A very professional and personable individual who walked me through every detail of the process and what to expect from the beginning to the end. I can't say enough good things about Jayson because he was phenomenal. He made the process of buying a roofing system much easier. Jayson even assisted me with removing my gutter screens from the gutter which was recently installed so they would not get damaged during the roofing process. The head installer Jesse and his crew were excellent. The roof was installed in a day and a half. When finished they removed all of the protective covers and cleaned the premise to perfection. Finally the dumpster was removed which by the way, Jayson had the company place plywood under it to reduce any chance of damage to the driveway. I also found out that a family on a different street watched this roof being installed and was so pleased with the outcome that they called Benton and now they are having a roof installed. If you want a top quality roof with a top quality install, this is your company. You really do get what you pay for.
