This is a great place to work, as well as get your roofing needs taken care of! I worked here for about a year or so in 2020. The employees really care about the work they do and as well as the customers. Sarah Davis is beyond amazing and will make sure that the job runs smoothly and all your requests are met. We had our roof replaced, completed at the beginning of September, 2 months ago.Overnight here we had a lot of constant rain well into this morning, and unfortunately the brand new roof has failed and produced a brand new leak into our attic and garage, right over the circuit breaker panel, which has spread and damaged a bug chunk of the garage ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for a barely 2 month old roof!There is no one to contact to come out and mitigate the damage (doing it ourselves as best we can) at Best Choice Roofing on the weekend and their number just goes to voice-mail.‐--- Update Sept 2022After the initial 1 star review, they contacted us and swiftly resolved the issue.We had another issue one year later on another part of the roof, and they came out to review and get a materials list within a week of us calling.I've upped the review to 3 stars and will make it 4 once this second issue is resolved..

Zackary was very professional and educated. He talked us through every step and was there if we had any questions through the whole process. Very respectful and not pushy (like most salesman can be). Would definitely recommend Best Choice Roofing and Zackary!

I give Lucas 5 stars. Lucas was very professional and attentive, he made the process very easy. He helped us out with choosing the right colors for our roof. I highly recommend Lucas.The company however, I give 4 stars. They fail to contact me on the delivery of the materials and the start date of the roof. Otherwise I was very have with the installation, clean up, and the outcome of the roof.

Came around telling everyone we needed our roofs fixed/ replaced. 4 out of 5 were new or recently replaced roofs. I’m not calling them a scam, but be careful. Having worked with local media, these are stories that can end up on the news where elders/families get ripped off … maybe it’s just a training issue for local neighborhood canvassers.

I had a person by the name of Tim who came by my house. I have a no solicit sign on my window. He still insisted talking I told him I wasn't interested. He left his card. I called their office to issue complaints due to my sign being ignored. Today again the same Tim came by. I informed him of the no solicit sign and thank you. He still tried to talk to me anyway. Why??? Don't appreciate the disrespect.

The whole process was seamless and explained very thoroughly to me. The office staff here are amazing and very tentative. I've already recommended a few neighbors to this company. Austin McCray is the best. Very good demeanor and very thorough. He got on my roof, marked off bad areas all while videoing and narrating in an easy to understand way. Explained going through my insurance and even went back on the roof with my insurance rep. My insurance will pay for my roof replacement! If not for him I don't know if it would have happened! I am writing today to file a formal complaint of the poor service that I have received from Best Choice Roofing. I have made several attempts to contact the company to resolve a variety of issues that reflect poorly on Best Choice Roofing team.I am providing you with a few examples of the many problems that I have experienced during the replacement of my roof.-Workers arrived at the home on May 5, 2021 and Best Choice Roofing did not have enough material to do the job.-Workers did not have enough shingles with the material provided and retrieved old shingles from the dumpster and used them on the roof of the home. (Totally illegal and video evidence available).-Spoke with Caine Foard (Onsite Supervisor) about this issue and requested additional new shingles to complete the job. He stated that he has four other homes to take care of which is not my concern. I only want quality service that I paid for. He went on to state that he will see if someone else can provide help with the request.-The Onsite Supervisor is rude and displayed poor customer service.-Six additional bundles of shingles arrived but that still was not enough to complete the job and that left them in my driveway blocking me from having access to my home. When I asked them to move the bundles, they moved them to my lawn which damaged the grass.-The quality of work and customer service is quite poor and complaints to Best Choice Roofing Management were useless.-The job was not completed on 5/5/2021 and it is raining today 5/6/2021.I am very disappointed with your company and will not recommend them to anyone seeking any roofing work. I also am informing you that I will be forwarding a complaint to the Better Business Bureau; contact Local Television Station consumer affairs department; City of Jacksonville Code Enforcement (concerning the reuse of discarded materials); State of Florida Licensing Department and various Social Media sites. No one should have to undergo this type of treatment.I have dealt with quite a few companies but never with one that is non-professional as Best Choice Roofing. I have made every effort to resolve the issue and will explore all available legal avenues. I hope that the reason that I received this poor service is not because I am a Latin woman. However, if that is the reason, then Best Choice Roofing has a bigger issue that must be addressed. The people of Jacksonville and the surrounding area deserve better customer service.Although I have attempted to reach you without much success, I hope that by posting my concern; you realize what your customers are experiencing. Best Choice Roofing is both a great company to choose when in need of a new roof AND employer. I applied a little over a year ago and they welcomed me with open arms into their family when I applied. Unfortunately I had some restrictions with my personal life that prevented me from sticking around. But they are VERY friendly and helpful to everyone, whether you are a customer or an employee. Insurance companies are designed to take your money and try their best to deny your claims to maximize their profits/revenue. But BCR will fight tooth and nail to get the insurance company to take responsibility in a way to is least stressful for the customer. It may be frustrating to have solicitors and consultants showing up at you door. But trust me, both sides win whenever they knock on your door. If you are looking for a company to get your roof repaired/replaced, this is the company you want to go with.

From the start to finish this company were very professional. My inspector Mike May was very helpful with getting the process started. If I had any question all I had to do was text and he got back to myself within 15 to 20 minuets. Tracy who came by to inspect things was also very helpful and keep me informed of what was going on. Can't say enough positive things about this Best Choice Roofing. Insurance company was very slow with getting the final payment out, they never push myself for the final payment. Had a small problem with a patio repair. Issac came by and took care of things. This young man was outstanding can't say enough about him. Definitely not the best choice for a roofing company in my opinion, since they didn’t even have the common decency to respect the non-soliciting sign on my door. Not only did they ignore the sign, they made a joke about said sign when we opened the door and saw two roofing salesmen. There is also a non-soliciting sign at the entrance to our entire neighborhood. If you can’t respect the most basic wishes of a homeowner, how can you be trusted with doing improvements to their home?
