We worked with Tom Scarbrough for our roof install, and we could not be more pleased! Tom is a super nice guy, always professional, very responsive and made sure we were kept informed and updated with any changes. Nicole Zorrilla was the Project Coordinator and she did an awesome job as well keeping things moving along. Both Tom and Nicole were amazing when we had an issue that caused us to unexpectedly delay the install, and they were very professional, accommodating and understanding. We are 100% satisfied with how everything turned out and have recommended Elo Roofing (and Tom) to several of our neighbors. The company itself is great. They just did my grandparents roof and it was done so quick and looks great! I just wish they did their due diligence on their employees and who they give company trucks to. There have been multiple occasions where RYAN has almost hit my vehicle. I was at five star pizza Saturday 1/20 and I was trying to leave the parking lot and he didn’t want to wait so he ripped in front of me and aggressively backed into a parking space and flipped me off. (See pic attached of truck) then today 1/22 I was dropping my kids off at school and low and behold the SAME person in the SAME company vehicle almost hit me again from driving erratic when coming out of the school.

They came out and inspected the roof to make sure we had no damage, educated me on how to maintain the roof. Also they pulled off a number of branches sitting on the roof after the storm.

Elo was great! In getting estimates for my job, a very reputable local company declined to take the job due to the relatively steep roof pitches (10/12 and 12/12) on my two-story home. From Elo's first visit (from Ryan) they actually embraced the challenge. Ryan was very professional and nice to work with. He helped with all the job details to ensure a smooth process start-to-finish and patiently answered all questions about every detail of the job. The roof crew as fantastic. Although too many to name individually, it was clear the guys really knew their craft. Also, site mangers Kyle and Brett did a great job overseeing the work and handling important details as the work proceeded. Finally, project and office support members Amanda and Michelle did a stellar job to get everything finalized and complete. Good job all! I would definitely recommend Elo to fellow homeowners who are interested in excellent results.

Amanda and Ryan did a wonderful job leading the roof installation on one of our house. They managed the project from the start to the end and delivered a superb product in the end. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, communicated clearly each step of the way, and were on top of the job. This is about my experience with Elo Roofing. They did everything on time. The roof is a standing seam, metal roof. It is a lovely roof. The materials were from Tri-County metals. The panels are painted on both sides, 26 ga.. They appear to be a premium product. I have had no problems with it since it was installed on Jan. 31st of this year. Elo Roofing is not a small fly-by-night co. It was apparent to me that they have a big investment in the Jacksonville area. My co. rep.,Greg, responded whenever I had questions or needed info. Brett supervised the crews and was very helpful with any questions. Amanda, who handled the paperwork and permits was both friendly and helpful. In conclusion, the installers were all employees of Elo, not subcontractors.
