Florida Roof and Solar was an amazing company to work with in 2020 during the aftermath of Hurricane Sally. They installed a beautiful roof and was very efficient. I had some issues with money with my insurance company and paying the roofers on time but Donna worked with me and they stayed on top of my insurance company for payments. I definitely recommend this company.

After listening to my neighbors horrible experience I would not recommend this roofing contractor. There roof didn't leak until the new roof was installed. Now they have 2 leaks and water damage on there wall and another coming down the microwave vent and dripping on the oven. Takes forever for them to come out and fix issues.

Logan came thru our neighborhood because of a recent and scattered hail storm that we had in our area. He offered to take a look at no charge, and I thought it couldn’t hurt- even though our roof was only about 15 years old- rather safe than sorry! He assessed the roof for almost 30 minutes, and then came down and showed us the pictures and spots where the hail had hit, and also found many spots from wind damage and some missing shingles. He then proceeded into our attic to check if any of those spots had started a leak. I’ve never had anyone do this when looking at our roof! Sure enough there was some soft spots in the wood from leaks. He educated us thoroughly on our options, and felt strongly that we would be able to file an insurance claim, and we’d only have to pay for the deductible. We called it in right then and got a claim started. Which I’m glad we get to do it now instead of during hurricane season when our deductible would have more than doubled. We took no time out of our days to accomplish this because Logan met with the adjuster himself, and handled all the paperwork. The new roof looks great, and couldn’t be happier knowing we are safe this hurricane season. Now we are scheduling a solar consultation to talk about solar energy! Very impressed, and thankful for Logan helping us.

I had three estimates on replacing my aging roof. Joshua Workman of Florida Roof and Solar made the best impression coming in with the the best price on the highest quality 120+ mph Owen's Corning Roof. You need no less in Florida. Joshua's company was great to work with they keep me right up to date via email and text messages. Our roof was tarped by our insurance after Sally but part was ripped by Zeta and our insurance company didn’t want to redo it without us paying them so we decided to look elsewhere. Fortunately, Logan of Florida Roof and Solar was working on our neighbors house so my husband approached him if he can give us a quote to replace our roof tarp. He came over and check it out. He told my husband that it was not bad but he went ahead and fix/ nailed the ripped part without charging us. That’s honesty. Unfortunately, we already signed up with a roofer to change our roof shingles otherwise there’s no doubt he will give us a reasonable quote.

Logan and Florida Roof and Solar Contractors Inc. Was inspecting my neighbors home from hurricane Sally. I yelled across the fence and asked for them to stop by my home. Logan inspected and found missing shingles and immediately scheduled to come back out when he had the chance. He came out just 4 days later and gave a full inspection report added to the repairs he made. Very thankful I was able to catch someone like them in such a time of need and at an amazing price! My experience with FLRSC was eventful but professional at all times. The inspection, sales and insurance aspects of the process were pretty seamless. Things were smooth and contact was consistent. The installation was quick and almost without incident. The gutters (which were only on 1 side of my home)were removed and thrown away. I made contact with the office and spoke with Donna Bostic about what happened and my dismay for the situation. Not only did she explain how the company handles gutters but she heard me out without pause. She understood my frustrations and was more than helpful. Logan was great. He inspected my roof after hurricane Sally and found a hole caused by a tree branch rubbing on the roof. He did not hesitate to trim the tree and repair the roof. Highly recommend requesting Irha by name for any roofing work needed.He kept me informed of progress from introduction to post install inspections; roof looks great, was up fast, pasted city inspection without conditions, and the insurance Wind Mitigation report delivered 1 day after inspections. In addition, the price was in line with the other quotes I received. I received quotes in a range of double that of Florida Roof and Solar to about $1000 less. Simply, Irha’s personal involvement gave me confidence he would ensure the roof was done correctly, and do the confidence he gave me, I selected Florida Roof and Solar.I don’t regularly do high cost improvements so I was nervous spending the cash. Irha was the first person to provide me a quote when I sent out requests for quotes from 8 different roofing companies. He was very personal, knowledgeable in the process and products, and not once tried to make up an answer to a questions he did not know; most importantly, he followed up on my questions. He gave the impression of (and lived up to) active involvement in my roof.Irha kept me informed regularly as the process moved, and that interaction eliminated my nervousness with the purchase. I felt informed and prepared for what each day held pre-install work, during installation, and the post install inspections. I am sure to Irha this was just another day, another roof, but Irha kept me informed as if it was a new life event for to him as well.I live in Eagle Harbor as a measure of my roof size for comparison. My old roof was removed, the new roof installed, and all tools and trash dumpster removed in 2 days (started Thursday am and completed Friday afternoon). Very fast. Several of my other neighbors took 4 or more days to get their roofs installed, and some had multiple days between work crew on site; their old roof removed, 2 days of no work, then the new roof install took another 2 days. Florida Roof and Solar started the job and worked to completion. Don’t forget that you lose your driveway during this process so the fewer day of the removal/install the fewer days you have to park on the street.Based on my meeting with Irha, and him then bringing in Logan to talk Solar, I also purchased a Solar system from Florida Roof and Solar. I was in the market for Solar, and their package seemed to perfect for my residential wants. I hope to provide matching praise on the Solar install very soon.

Nobody has anything good to say about this company. I wish I did my homework before they did my roof. I was quoted 10,000$ to replace my shingles. And 20,000$ later... live and learn. Please people hire a decent roofing company and not Florida roof and solar
