Super happy! We had 3 other window companies come out and give us quotes for window replacement. They all told us we had to take down our plantation blinds ourselves before they could replace the windows. Mike came out said Galaxy could replace the windows without us doing anything to the blinds. The process went so smooth. They had no issues working around the plantation blinds and now we have new triple glaze windows as well. We had 10 windows replaced and they were done in half a day. We are 100% happy and will definitely be using them again in the future. I didn't think new windows would make such a difference but it really does and we have noticed our house being cooler already. Expectations exceeded!

Mike, Nick and his crew were excellent to work with. This was a big, unexpected investment for us and we found the pricing to be fair but most importantly the job was done well. The crew were all professional and arrived at 7 am each morning for 3 days and worked all day long. Mike answered all my emails, texts and questions very quickly which hard to find in this day and age of good customer service and we would be happy to recommend this company to anyone else looking for a new roof. Galaxy Builders has now done 2 jobs for us. We had all our windows replaced and French Doors installed in 2019 and most recently (2020) they did our guest bath remodel. They are a fantastic company to work with! We met Mike Rooff first when we installed the windows/door. He was very informative and not pushy which is definitely right up my ally. I think what I appreciate most about them is their communication and they show up (on time!) Mike would always get back to us by the end of the day if we had a question about anything. We always knew what was happening and when it would be happening. The quality of work on the Windows/Door absolutely met my expectations.The bathroom was a different process, but the quality was still top notch. There was a lot more back and forth for decisions and timing, but again their communication is better than any company I've worked with.I want to give high praise to their new Project Manager, Nick, as well. Galaxy Builders recently completed a re-roof and removal of our chimney/fireplace at our home, along with some added gutters. Mike was the only contractor I called who came prepared with multiple options, having done his homework beforehand.The project was organized from start to finish. Ours was a multi-day project where the team was consistenly on-time, cleaned up after themselves well, and Mike kept in touch and visited daily. I used Galaxy for roof replacement on my house one year ago. Mike and his company did such a fantastic job and did it fast and efficiently.Then just recently I used Galaxy Builders once again when I had a pipe that resulted in mold in the walls. Both the Kitchen and bathroom had to be torn out and redone from the ground up. We had to evacuate during this entire procedure. I'm writing for my mother as she does not have a google account. My handyman recommended Galaxy to me when I was helping my parents find someone to replace their roof.Mike Roof was amazing!!!! The roof is a very high pitch roof which has created all kinds of problems with water flow. They were able to come up with a solution and fixed that problem. They also explained why I was getting water damage in one of my exterior walls and fixed that. Mike explained everything thoroughly and their estimate was accurate. Mike came every day to explain what was going to be done that day. The crew that did the work was on time every day and worked really hard. Everything was done on time and Mike even took care of getting the HOA approval for my parents. I hired Galaxy to do the work that was beyond my own abilities. They removed the very old roof and replaced any rotten wood, installed the roof and added a beautiful skylight to the kitchen which brightens up the entire house. There have been 3 issues with the windows they installed but the problems came from the manufacturer, not Galaxy. Mike Rooff has been very reactive to the issues and has fixed/replaced any defective windows.
