I reached out to Jack Wilson roofing after being stood up by a different roofing company concerning a leak repair. They came highly recommended by several of my neighbors and I'm so glad I called them. From the first call to make the appointment to the finished job, everyone I encountered was so nice. Chris came out to check out what was going on and gave what I felt was a fair price to fix the issue. He also took the time to sit with me and explain in detail with pictures and a typed estimate of what needed to be done to correct the issue. They were booked 2 weeks out but to my surprise they came out within a week to do the repair. The guys who worked on the repair were pleasant and professional and you couldn't even tell they were here! I believe I found my new roofing company for any other jobs I might have down the road and now I can add a response to the questions we get in the neighborhood of "who would you recommend for a roofer". Thank you for great service and I'll keep an eye out for that sign before I just walk in your office again. Lol

I highly recommend Jack Wilson roofing. Harry was prompt in providing the estimate, answered all my emails right away and came back out after the job was complete to make sure everything was right. The supervisor on the project, Steven kept me up to date throughout the process. They cleaned up well after the job and attended to every detail to make sure I was completely satisfied. Many of my neighbors have also used them and gave very good recommendations. They are a great company to deal with.

Just had the most positive experience with a contractor we've had in a year! Kyle Voss was quick to find and remedy our problem. I’ve had horrible interactions with contractors before but Jack C Wilson Roofing Company was an absolute dream to work with—and who can say that about roofers? From Harry who met with me about estimates, to Byron the site manager, to the guys doing the hard work, to Lynn in the office, everyone was communicative, responsive, and frankly, treated my property with all the care as if it were their own. It’s easy to see why they’ve been in business since 1946. Since when does sales sync with the actual end product? I am so pleasantly impressed that is exactly what happened with Jack C Wilson Roofing. First, they were the only roofing company that I set an appointment with and they showed up on time. The person I set the appointment with over the phone was very pleasant and professional and told me that I would be meeting with Kyle. Kyle met with me, listened to what I wanted, worked up a quote and delivered the quote for my review. Their quote was competitive with other quotes. After reviewing the rating and reading some comments, I felt I could trust Jack C Wilson Roofing. They just completed a reroof for my home. This company is top notch. You get a complete booklet with your estimate that provides detailed estimate, references and all documentation. The crew showed up on time, removed the old roof and replaced it in a day and half. Had to come back briefly to satisfy the city inspector, but all in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend them highly.

Jack C Wilson Roofing exceeded all my expectations when it came to the whole experience with getting a NEW Roof out of pocket. Harry the sales gentleman that gave us a quote included the Chimney/patio roof with the cost & highly recommended it should be done. Explain in detail and took the time to answer all questions/concerns we had. Byron the project manager was polite & kept me updated the whole day as the roof installation was being done. The workers that came for the installation were on timemade sure my yard and A.C were protected from any shingles/nails. The office staffing kept me updated on the next steps. Cost, permits & overall job. All the pictures the workers took for reassure of the work that was being done! I had gotten 12 quotes for a New roof and very thankful to have gone with the decision we did. Yes the cost was worth it so far! Thank you 😊

Cheap materials , cheap labor ! Let's start from the beginning on my rooftop where I ask this young lady are you going to use the same quality of shingle that I currently have on my roof and she says yes. We got their "quickly and everything seemed on the up-and-up when we went in to sign the paperwork they told us they would start on the 15th but they got started on the 22nd. When I asked if they had workman's comp I should have asked if they had green cards for the people they left taking care of my roof. They said one of them spoke English but when I tried to speak to him that did not happen very well, no one else around who spoke English was there. So my shingles went up and they are NOWHERE near the quality that I had on there before. They are flimsy, flat and very cheap looking but "don't worry they are 30 year architectural shingles" they tell me. As they were cleaning up their coordinator asked me what I thought when I went to tell him he walked away from me swiftly telling me that the appraiser would be let known of my concerns. Upon them leaving I noticed they destroyed a POTTED plant they did not move away from their tarp. I also noticed they destroyed my tarp that I had on the roof since they just ripped it off instead of taking 2 minutes to remove the nails. When the appraiser showed up for her inspection I pointed out some of the things in the pictures below but she did not even want to look at them.They did compensate me $150 for the plant and tarp ( did something right ) . This company has ruined the esthetics of my house and I'm not very happy at all, no compensation for that whatsoever. Find somebody else you'll be a much much much better off!

I am deducting one star ( was considering 2) because I had four separate issues with them. They were relatively small issues but I would have expected a company of this caliber to have done a little better.. That being said, I would use them again, and I would recommend them.

Jack C Wilson, Roofing Company did an outstanding job in all respects, putting on a new roof, which have been damaged in the last hail storm. They completed the job in just two days and my roof looks better than it ever has. When they left after the second day, there was no evidence that they had been there except for a brand new roof. Bottom line: Jack C Wilson did a phenomenal job with my home and detached garage roof replacement last month. They were trustworthy, priced appropriately, extremely easy to communicate with throughout the process, completed the work on time and as expected, and followed-up to ensure it was done correctly. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and I can't recommend them enough for your roofing needs. You'll be hard-pressed to find such an organized and honest group of people. They made the experience easy.Longer version:Harry earned my trust when he came out for a quote and was extremely easy to communicate with when I needed additional information as I shopped around. He then coordinated everything (paperwork, permits, scheduling) as soon as I was ready to move forward. The office staff was always extremely helpful and friendly anytime I called.Day of, Jason and his team showed up on-time and efficiently completed an enormous amount of work - replaced two roofs and cleaned up everything - in a single day. Jason kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and answered questions I had. They left the house spotless.A couple of days later, Harry came back out for a final walk-through. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Jack C Wilson Roofing. We have used them for a few minor repairs in the past, and they were always honest, responsive, timely, and decently priced. However, just recently, we were blown away by their customer service. Our roof sprung a small leak during Hurricane Ian. We called in a panic in the middle of the night, and not only did they respond at 8 am the following day (with the storm over us), but they sent someone out to fix our roof at 10 am the morning after. They helped us mitigate what could have been terrible water damage. In December, Jack C. Wilson completely replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. We were extremely pleased with the job, from beginning to end. Chris Voss was thorough in explaining why he recommended a replacement, taking my husband up on the roof to show him. He helped us pick out a nice shingle color too. He was a pleasure to work with, being friendly and professional throughout, helping us get through the process efficiently while answering all our questions. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with the job at the end, which we were, before he sent the invoice. During the installation, the crew was extremely professional. They answered my questions and calls anytime, they kept all of their vehicles in our driveway and off our street (which our neighbors really appreciated), they cleaned up at the end of each day, and they made sure my kids and I could get in and out of our house safely during work, stopping work and escorting us in and out when necessary. In the end, our roof looks really beautiful! My neighbor across the street commented right away on how good it looked, and asked for the shingle color for her parents' house.
