Roger build a 110K master suite including foundation and block work, truss system, large walk in closest and bathroom for us with an entirely new roof for the home. We were extremely pleased at his craftsmanship and professional demeanor. We plan to use Roger again in the future and would strongly recommend him for your project.

Roger has been wonderful with our recently finished project, which involves major repairs after two trees fell on our roof and severely damaged our house. He listens and communicates well, and has been very accommodation to our schedule since we are out of town house owner. He is accurate with his estimates and keeps us updated with any incidental findings and repairs which were needed during this nine month project. We could not think of a better general contractor to work with. We are very happy with the final results. Well done, Roger!

I am new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have a three panel French Door removed and replaced because of a burglary.I called McFarland Builders and spoke to Roger McFarland.Roger was in my area and was able to come rite over.What a "Great guy", very easy to talk with and to understand.Roger took his time explaining the steps involved in order to start the job and what I could expect during the process.Roger wrote out a estimate that included everything needed to complete the job, I felt confident with him and agreed to have him do the work.The following day we entered into a contract and the doors were orderedOnce the doors were delivered Roger and his crew were out doing the removal and reinstalling the new ones.The new set fit way better then what I had, and I noticed that all thru the day his worker was picking up and cleaning up so things were never a mess.I am extremely happy with everything that Roger McFarland and his crew did, the way that everybody handled themselves, the quality of the work that was done, not one drop of paint anywhere."Perfect".I don't say that often and I don't go out of my way to write reviews. Shame on you for charging me $800.00 for a very rough drawing of a screened in porch plan and then only giving me a a huge quote number without providing me a somewhat detailed explanation of that number.
