I needed a roof repair done within 10 days for the sale of my house to go through. I called several companies. Many of them did not even respond to me for 3 days. Morgan himself called me back within 2 hours. He sent someone out the next morning to assess what needed to be done. The repairs were done within my time frame and I received an electronic invoice containing pictures of the repairs. Which I could easily email to my real estate agent. Morgan was responsive, he and his crew did quality work within my timeframe, and seemed to be reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Morgan was friendly on phone booking estimate appointment and scheduled himself to come out next day. After looking on the roof for a minute he told me, we needed a complete chimney rebuild, even though he could not show me any damaged shingles or wood. Just kept repeating it was "done wrong". When I started asking questions he got angry and told me he didn't even have time for this repair or me asking questions. Unless you just want to be told what to do with no explanation DONT CALL. Even after all that he never sent me an estimate.

Dear readers, if looking for a roofing company I highly recommend Morgan Conley Roofing. I will mention a few reasons for yours perusal.First, you will NOT deal with a pretty bubbly sell person whom never has worked in a roof and comes to your home to sell you a product or upgrade that you actually don’t need. Actually, Mr. Morgan himself the owner whom has been in roofing for a long time is the one that comes and does the roof inspection. He goes on your roof assess your problems, goes into your home if needed like he did mines and really takes the time to find what fits best to solve your roofing needs not his wallet. In other words, an honest yet knowledgeable professional that brings an input on what needs to be done not what needs to be sold! In my case, I had storm damage and many some other companies wanted to sell me a metal roof on a flat roof. Mr. Morgan explained why metal roof was not an option and provided me with an option that save me money yet provided me what my re-roof really needed in order to be efficient and effective for many years. He explained it as a pro from the builder aspect to the protection aspect which is the most important for any re roof and never once was he in a rush or pushy to get me to sign a contract.Secondly, Mr. Morgan is very punctual. I called some other companies some even did not call back or showed up to the appointment and did not even had the courtesy to call and reschedule. They few that did showed up as I briefly mentioned before sent a bubbly person that you can’t tell had no roofing experience just their to make a sell. However, with Mr. Morgan he arrived on time always. Additionally, when we agreed to do the work he himself kept me on notice with days ahead of time and informed of all steps.Thirdly, he went above and beyond with his crew. For example one day I brought some goods that were uncomfortable for me to bring down as I’m disabled and Mr. Morgan and his crew without me asking came down just to help me bring down the items from my SUV how nice is that?Forthright, even though I know nothing about roofing Morgan’s team work perfectly in harmony. They take pride on what they do and each member of the team is experienced. Nevertheless, they are constantly being supervised by their team leader and Mr. Morgan himself. Hey I guess that’s why we passed with flying colors the final inspection.I also want to mentioned that the team was constantly very careful with our pavers by placing boards to protect them, to cleaning up very nicely all materials used and keeping a consistent approach of communication of all steps they were going to do.Last but not least, pricing very reasonable and in todays crazy environment that materials are hard to find I was blessed that Mr. Morgan did not let that stopped him from meeting his goal of keeping his commitment with our roof. I had 2 other estimates besides Morgan and they wanted to replace part of the roof and charge me about $1600. Morgan's technician came out and discovered that it was just a piece of flashing that had to be resealed and did it at no charge. I'm hoping that Morgan can do some gutter work that I need. It's great when you encounter an honest person. He'll be the first person that I call if I need any future repairs.

I’ve never posted a negative review, but in this case I feel very cheated. Morgan repaired our sunroom roof last December. It started leaking again several months later and he sent one of his employees to repair it. His employee went up with a tube of caulking and said it was repaired. It started leaking again soon afterward. We contacted Morgan, and after several attempts, he said he was too busy doing a commercial job to come by. Finally he told us he’d stop by on Monday. He never showed up. We tried contacting him one last time but he never responded. Meanwhile our sunroom is still leaking, and we’ll have have to pay another roofer to repair it. Updating my review because I am livid and this is ridculous. Since we had him do our flat roofs, we've had nothing but issues, leaks and no response from MrConley (for years now). Do not use this company because it will be a waste of your time, money and patience.Called to get the flat parts of my roof replaced and they showed up and got the job done in a day. I am beyond satisfied with the work Morgan did on my roof last week. We received quotes from 4 different companies. His prices were perfect-high enough to know you aren't getting a shoddy roof, but also not so high middle class folk such as myself cannot not afford to pay. He has excellent communication skills and is a straight shooter-no bull. He is transparent and let's you know up front what he requires in order to get the job done. He gets all of his materials here in Jacksonville which is important to me. He kept an open line of communication the entire time. The job was done in two days. First day the team arrived at 7am and worked until 9pm. We actually got a pretty bad storm on day 2. I was expecting he and his team to call it, which would have been fine with me (it was a pretty bad thunderstorm). Instead they went and waited it out then got back to work within an hour. Now we have an awesome roof that looks great and we can't even tell when it rains now. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone in Jacksonville. I'm giving it 5 stars only because 10 stars isn't an option!

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Morgan “Mo” Conley and his workers. First and foremost, Mo is a man of his word and overall just a good person.We are in the middle of a major renovation which includes fireplace removal. When our contractor opened up the ceiling he found a leak coming from the chimney. I called Mo and he came out immediately to inspect the chimney and walked the entire roof. Mo found wind damage in other areas of the roof, took pictures and explained in detail what he found. He then gave me a couple of options to fix the issues, drew up an estimate and sent it to me online. I accepted the quote online and in a less than a week he had a crew out who completed the work in a few hours.Thank you Mo!
