We needed a flat roof replacement and called about 15 of the top rated companies we found on google to give us an estimate. We ultimately picked NexGen and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, NexGen stood out from the other companies, mainly because of Brent. Brent was our project manager and he made the process so easy. He was organized, extremely professional and very responsive to our calls/messages. We now have a beautiful, brand new flat roof! To say that we are impressed with Brent and NexGen is an understatement. If you are looking for competitive pricing, quality work and an impeccable level of professionalism, look no further. My wife and I had some roof damage that our insurance company failed to inform us truly what was going on . Long story short Tim and his wife have went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. If I could sum our experience with NexGen in one word it would be honest. In today's society it's so incredibly hard to find honest people doing honest work. We are lucky to have had them work on our home. We will be recommending any one of our family and friends that need roof work done with NexGen. If I could leave ten stars I would. We had a branch go through our roof, made a call and Tim was on our roof within 2 hours. He assessed the hole and had us set for repair in two days. The service was done early and in an hour! Unfortunately another branch got our roof again days later, and we called to ask what to do. Without hesitation Tim was back and repaired the hole himself. This company is beyond amazing - quick to respond, professional, efficient and has the best customer service. We appreciate the local business and I will refer them every chance I can. Shouting from the rooftops - call Nexgen!!

1/11/24 We have our new roof thanks to NexGen! Very happy with the whole process. On many levels their team and especially Johan, was willing to work with us and offer helpful guidance and patience as we had to figure out how to get the roof replaced. We highly recommend Johan specifically, and my husband and I were impressed with how they worked together as a team to help us. The roofing crew specifically was fast, they were on time, and they did a great job with a superior product that NexGen offers. They were always very good with their time frame and estimates and that sort of professionalism is critical for a good relationship which was just part of the reason we trusted them with our home. I did have to remind or ask for documentation a few times, so that's something I suggest being default in the business process- send contracts, receipts, invoices both unpaid and paid, copy of warranty, etc. I'm a paperwork and record keeping type person and with large sums of money I think its good business to ensure that documentation is sent over without having to ask for it a few times. Thats a small critique and everything was always sorted anyways and the team did a great job.We never felt pressured into making decisions. Prior to finding NexGen, other companies tried the car salesman tactic of 'sign the contract today otherwise lose out on huge savings' and it felt really crummy. NexGen is MILES above that as far as professionalism. I can't state that enough.Big thanks to Johan for being a superstar and a kind 'people' person as he was our main connection to the business. We felt very relieved during what otherwise could have been a very stressful situation for us. We recommend Johan for your roofing needs in Jacksonville, FL!

During a home inspection for a listing I had, the inspector found a leak in the roof that needed to be repaired before the new buyers could close. I reached out to Brent and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The roof was repaired within a few days and we were able to close on time with no issues! BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN JACKSONVILLE!!!I truly can’t speak enough about how positive my experience was with NexGen roofing from their professionalism to their knowledge everything was exceptional.I first reached out to them because my insurance company notified me that my insurance was up for non renewal due to “curling shingles”. After going back and forth with insurance I decided to contact the best of the best in NexGen. They came out to my house free of charge and did a walkthrough of my roof with me. What really blew me away was that the roofer, Austin Glass, was not trying to upsell me on their services and gave me an honest assessment of my roof.As a result of the professional knowledge and expertise of NexGen we were able to prove to my insurance company that the condition of my roof was satisfactory and therefore up for renewal.I can’t speak highly enough for the entire team at NexGen that helped me throughout this arduous process.

We recently moved to Fleming Island. After a few rain showers, we discovered a leak. We called a roofing company the previous owner had used, and they recommended a full roof replacement! A very special shout-out to Trish, who has done an amazing job keeping me up to date and answering all my annoying questions! You're the lifeblood of the company, and whatever they are paying you isn't anywhere near enough!!! Josh Blood also was excellent, the entire team deserves steak dinners (you hear that, bosses?)! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but their business is one that you hope to only need every 15-20 years, lol. My roof looks amazing, and no more roof leaks from Hurricane Ian.Seriously, if you need a roofer, go with the best.

Mold had taken over my house and insurance refused to pay. They held my hand through the whole process. Held the insurance company accountable and fully remediated my house and made it a home again. NexGen did an amazing job from start to finish. We were with Jess, who was nothing but professional and kind the entire process. It was a smooth process, and she kept us up to date on everything.When they came to deliver our shingles the guys who did the delivery were also amazing- they explained to my daughter and all the neighborhood kids what they were doing and how it worked. Which was awesome because kids love watching this stuff. I realize it's a different company who does the delivery, but Nexgen uses them and it's awesome to know they too are very kind and honest people.The day of replacement they all showed up right when they said they would. Very polite, explained everything to me. All throughout the day they would have someone cleaning up the yard and checking for nails. It was nice to see that. The gentlemen in charge that day(I apologize I do not remember his name) filled me in and even showed me pictures from up top. They finished it all in one day, and did a great job cleaning up any left over debris. My roof now looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier.I know there are so many companies out there and it's hard to know who's truly trustworthy and who isn't. Especially when you can't tell if the review was legit or not. But I can confidently say that NexGen did everything to make the process of spending this much money very easy. Every person who represented this company was nice, honest and trustworthy. Even after I explained I've seen some bad contractors out there, and wanted to be extra careful on who we used. I never once felt like they were lying or scamming me. This is a true review that I am making all on my own and not once did anyone there ask me to make one. From start to finish the professionalism was there. I called on a Wednesday to inform that I had a possible leak in my home. Spoke with a customer service representative who informed I should hear from a technician soon and within the next day I was connected and set up my appt for early Saturday morning.
