We had a minor weather cupping of some roof shingles on our home. I called Premier Roofing and spoke with Brandon who was very professional and helpful. He scheduled an inspection and a estimate was done. All looked great so we hired them and a couple of days later a very nice man from Premier Roofing came on a Thursday morning to complete the repair. The repairman was very nice and completed the job in about 30 minutes. It actually took him longer to setup the ladder and equipment. The repairman explained everything done and also evaluated out roof and told me we were ok with our existing roof. I highly recommend Premier Roofing of Jacksonville, LLC. They are very respectful, professional, and stick to their estimate. The work done was awesome. Thank you Premier Roofing for helping us out.

I had an amazing experience with Premier Roofing and Emmanuel Alerte! My seller was very reluctant to work with ANY roofer. She had bad experiences with roofers in the past. I referred Emmanuel Alerte to my seller. Although she was extremely hesitant and she originally declined to work with Emmanuel, she trusted me enough to finally work with him. There is nothing better than a good sleep during the rain.We had a leak in our roof from a previous repair from another roofing company that had to come out SEVERAL times to “fix it”. But every time it rained hard, we held our breath waiting for the day it would rain in our living room again. That day was about 2 weeks ago when a Florida monsoon decided to strike. With a wet couch and no electricity we decided to go to our favorite bar, which happens to be right next to Premier Roofing’s brick and mortar.It was a sign!The next day, Aiden was out at our house giving us a quote. He was genuine and honest and made us feel at ease. After a week or so, we decided to use this company because we just had a good vibe.The day came when it was time to repair the roof (fingers crossed for the LAST time) and at 7:45am Ahmed was knocking on our door. He went above and beyond to make sure that this repair was going to be our last. When he grabbed the replacement shingles, he realized there was a slight difference in the size of them. So he left to go get the exact shingles to match up.That very night after the repair was completed, we had another Florida monsoon.Not a drop of water in sight.The roof repair was great, the customer service is amazing, and the ethics of this company are phenomenal.Why do I say that?Because we accidentally miscounted the money we paid them by $50 and Aiden immediately called and informed us of our mistake and sent us the money back. He could have pocketed it and we would never have been the wiser.We will be recommending them to anyone who needs roofing, and when the time comes for a metal roof for us, they will be the first we call.

Contacted Premier Roofing of Jacksonville after a friend recommended and they were my choice of the 3 companies I pursued estimates from. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional, and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. The work was completed in 1 day, as they predicted. We were also able to handle some additional repairs on the roof of my carport at a fair price within a few days of my request for additional work. After inspection, Joey showed me pictures of my roof and educated me on what he saw. Dealt with Joey the foreman and part owner throughout the installation. He gave me information and details which helped me understand the whole process. He worked with me concerning my satellite dish and because of him I never missed a second of TV, sporting events and cartoons for the grand children. I highly recommend Premier Roofing of Jacksonville, LLC for your new roof installation! Brandon the owner is very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance claim. He completed all the documentation required and dealt with our insurance company directly so we did not have to be bothered. He kept us informed as to what was going on with our claim and promptly returned our calls. There is a large variety of roof shingles to choose from and we were able to look at colors of other roofs he had installed to help us decide. The installers worked quietly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We waited for over a year trying to decide on the right roofer to contact and we are so glad we choose Premier... very satisfied customer!!

Premier Roofing Company was a great company to work with. They replaced my roof and part of my attic. The agent worked with me thought-out the entire process. My situation was a bit different, I purchase a home that the previous owner covered up all the roof damage that my inspector would not sign off on. They hired someone else that did. From day one of this process they were there to walk me through the insurance maze. Long story short all ended well and the job (roof) turned out wonderful. I have owned two other homes that I had to have roof replacement done. So with those in mind, I was ready for the long delays in paperwork, inspections by adjusters, and then having the actual work done. My first house took two month before the work was done, then the install of the new roof took, 5 days. The second one about the same to install the roof. Both times each company sent two roofers to strip and install the new roof. NOT Premier Roofing, Brandon Davis, Premier's representative was just great. He was very informative, helpful, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns immediately. In less than a month, the paperwork was completed and my new roof was installed. The crew ( and I mean an actual Crew not two guys) that Premier Roofing sent to do the work, showed up on time and worked the entire day, until they completed the install of the entire roof in one, yes one day. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the people that work for them. I highly recommend Premier Roofing for any roofing issue.
