We had a new roof put on about a month ago, by Ron Russell Roofing. What a pleasant company to do business with. We went to Google to search for Roofing companies and a lot of good and a lot of bad. But Ron Russell Roofing had Nothing But Good reviews. That is what made us decide this is the company we want. We was very impressed from the very start. We talked with Melissa Russell his wife that works in the office and she was very happy to help us. Ron sent out his estimate guy that was name Chip, so nice and friendly and easy to talk to, he knew his job and was very helpful. Then Ron sent out his crew. His top man was Ramone and his crew. The hardest worker's we ever seen. They was so good at their jobs. When the City Inspector came to make sure everything was good, he talked to my husband and said that he Never had a problem with work done by Ron Russell Roofing and if he ever needed a new roof for his on home his first choice would be Ron Russell Roofing. Sure made my husband feel good that heade the right choice. He paid for the job and then later, got a phone call from Mr. Russell's Company and it was his wife saying that there was a error in the payment that we over paid and they wanted us to know we had a refund coming. I had my roof replaced 9 years ago by another company. Last year it started leaking around the chimney. I called that company since my roof was still under warranty. They could not figuar out why it was leaking. I had another roofing company look at it, they couldn't find the leak either. Finally Ron Russell Roofing company employee Dut found the leak. From start to finish they stayed in contact. Mike the roof estimator gave us a fair price without trying to sell us something we did not need. They installed a skylight and replaced some rotten wood as well (pictures provided to you of what was damaged ). To start, they never actually did any work. I called them for a quote. When we were ready to have them start I called and emailed them several times with no response. Finally I got a call back that they were not able to do my roof due to complications, which was disappointing but fine. A couple months later they emailed me about completing my roof. After following up, I was told again they were not able to do it. My realtor recommended them, but the lack of communication left me underwhelmed. You may have to call them more than you like to keep up with your project.

During the last major storm a tree struck our home.. I had tried to call a few other companies but none of them were even working during this time, I was so afraid that we were going to be in our home with our 3 small children and have no shelter in half of the house. I was also afraid that our structure wasn’t strong anymore from the damage and the size of the tree that struck our house.. THANK GOD they not only answered but had a crew out within 2 hours to inspect the integrity or our home and Patched the roof temporarily so that were sheltered and worked with our insurance for us to get us back to better than Within a week. I highly recommend this company. I will never forget how caring and responsive they were. I've used and paid Ron Russell roofing over 100K in the past 10 years for roofs for my home flipping business. I just had them out to give me a price to repair my personal roof and after sending me a proposal a guy texts me at 830 at night to tell me they cant do it. I had them bid another job for me last year and they were 5K over a roofer that I didn't even know. Everything changed with this company when Terry left, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The roof he installed needs some attention. The office doesn't respond. Mr Russell said he would get back to me the next week. That never happened! The roof has a 25 yr. Warranty. Evidently that doesn't mean a thing to this company. The BBB rating is not favorable

Had them come out and do the roof. ended up getting rats in my attic from the dumpster they brought. told them about the rats and they did nothing to fix the issue, and told me that the rats were there before. a week prior i was in my attic and there was no sign of rats or any vermin in my attic. i ended up showing them a about 11 in (body size) rat and they still went with that i had them prior. if i could go back i wouldn't even hire them in the first place

The roof on my house is six months old and is already leaking. I called and someone came out to "fix" it. Well, it's still leaking. Two weeks later and I STILL can't get anyone to come out again and actually fix the leak. I can't even get an estimate on when they MIGHT be able to come out. Meanwhile, I'm trying to contain the water damage. In summary: poor workmanship, poor service, poor quality.
