Robin, my salesman, couldn't have made this process any easier. My roof is beautiful and it was installed sooner than he even thought it would. Took almost a year to get my roof replaced, because my insurance was dragging their feet, but RP took care of everything and the whole process was completely painless except for my deductible. 🤣😂 My sales reps Kerry and Tracy were amazing, kept in touch the whole time through each phase of the process. Crew came out and had the roof replaced in 2 days. Aside from the knocking on the roof, barely knew they were here. Cleaned up like they'd never even been here. My dog stepped on a roofing nail the day they left (No way to get those 100%) but Tracy had someone out within 24hrs to go over the yard again. Haven't seen evidence of a nail since, and the roof looks gorgeous. Final inspection done and I'm breathing easy again. Only suggestion I could offer would be if you have plants you baby, cover them yourself before they come out or make sure they're not near the house if they're in pots. Something burned the top of a couple of bushes and plants but it was no big deal. They'll recover just fine. Thanks for making this such a seamless transition, Kerry and Tracy!! Y'all are amazing. 😇

My experience with Roofing Pros USA was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I communicated with was professional and knowledgeable. Expectations and the schedule were set during the initial meeting when the contract was signed. Follow up communication was good. The schedule was followed without a hiccup. I was very impressed with the results. The roof itself looks great including the quality. The crew that did the install was productive and quick. Not only that but they were happy, joking around and cutting up while working. I believe the crew enjoys working for Roofing Pros USA and probably contributed to the resulting quality. My wife and I have been married for almost thirty six years and have owned seven homes. I can honestly say that this was the best home improvement related experience I can remember.

Roofing pros did an amazing job at my house and did the whole roof replacement. They provided amazing service throughout the entire process. Starting from inspection, permitting and replacement, they did an amazing job. They had to coordinate for our solar panels as well. The new roof looks great, and should hold up for another 20 years. If you are looking for professionals with high integrity, honesty, and efficiency I would strongly recommend Roofing Pro USA and particularly Robin. On the day my roof was suppose to get done, something happened. I immediately reached out to Robin and in a few minutes things started to roll.
