My experience with SEC roofing was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Allie, the office manager kept me updated every step of the way from beginning to the end of the project. Robert, the owner of the company insured that the Quality of the job met my expectation, as well as his.The team that installed the roof was amazing! Julian was the project manager, he oversaw the job to completion. He insured everything went smoothly. The installation team was very professional. The work proceeded quickly. I was especially impressed with the cleanup. Each worker circled the house, all at different times, to ensure all debris (nails, shingle pieces, etc.) was removed. Also, the office staff assisted with the paperwork and process cheerfully and helpfully. I will recommend SEC Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.

Great communication from start to finish. Office staff was on point and provided all the info I could’ve needed and always responded in a timely manner. The on-site project manager kept an eye on things and answered any questions we had.The crew who did the install were professional and did a great job on the roof, site prep/protection, and cleanup. There were no issues found by the city inspector during either inspection. Overall, a professional, painless experience!

I personally dealt with Robert and he is the most honest shoot you straight guy out there. He’s not the guy to try and lie and force you into anything you aren’t comfortable with. He showed me plenty of pictures of my roof, gave me every option I had for it and never tried to push me into anything, just facts!You can tell he runs this business with pure integrity and honesty, even if it costs him money. Our insurance company found we had storm damage to our roof sufficient to require total removal and replacement. We contacted 2 firms recommended by friends and neighbors. SEC gave us the lowest price, and Robert answered all of our questions very well. For example, they can give lower prices in general because they do not spend funds on advertising. They rely upon word of mouth, which has worked quite well for them.They handled all prep issues well, and they did the work as scheduled. The roof itself looks great, and they did a marvelous job of cleaning up as they went. Robert was wonderful to talk with as they worked, and the end result was so much better than we expected. They have checked back to ensure we do not have any lingering issues.We would give them a 5+ if we could. We had a complicated insurance claim that took a long time to resolve and they stayed with us the whole time and made the process seamless. The quality of the work was beautiful. I was very impressed with the crew before, during and after the completion of the project. During the initial visit, the inspector explained to me in details the status of my roof and the steps needed to be done to correct the problem. The crew did an exceptional work and were very professional and courteous.
