I used Southern Coast Roofing a few times for repairs before, done great job and no issues afterwards. But this last experience I had with them was just amazing as their 10-12 guys crew came in, started at 8 am, took 2 breaks and finished around 3 pm replacing the whole roof of our house which is over 3,000 square foot.Nice guys, did great job on replacing the roof, making sure all the nails etc. on the floor got cleaned, and supervisor TY double checked on every step of the process.Very reasonable price and above the expectations work for sure.Several of my friends used them also and they’re all satisfied and have no issues with their roof.I highly recommend them.

Where to start! Amazing customer service, felt like i was talking to family. They walked me and my wife through the process step by step, so we knew exactly what was going on. Then the Precision and experience the whole roofing team had when tackling my roof was short of a miracle. They were able to remove and replace my new roof in a day. Choosing right company for any job it's very difficult. Specially if you don't understand how that job can be done properly. They can cost you lots of money and lots of frustration.With Southern Coast Roofing was the one of the best my experience, simple and easy.I had leaks on two side on the compositions of two roofs. Very difficult job to do. After several different companies that gave me estimates, my cousin recommended Southern Coast Roofing.Not only that they are the best with the price, but also the way they explained and solved the problem.Very professional, neat and devoted time to every detail to make sure I don't have the same problem. Dealing with SCR was fantastic from start to finish!!! We got multiple estimates to have our roof replaced and we definitely chose the right company. Extremely professional and you couldn’t ask for better customer service with communication through the entire process. Nobody wants to spend money on a roof so dealing with companies that wouldn’t respond or left unanswered questions was extremely frustrating, but willing to take your hard earned money. Not with SCR, Ty was on it!!!! He was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, personable and professional to the highest remark. In addition we had gone into the office to make our final decisions on shingles and the color of the Eve. He heard us finalizing details with the front desk and even though feeling under the weather came out (at a healthy distance of course) to recommend going with the black vs white for the design of our home. HE WAS RIGHT and had he not been there I think my decision would not have been the best esthetically. THANK YOU TY AND SCR!!!! We are beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship, customer service and efficiency your company provided us. This is an investment I would highly and confidently recommend SCR for your roofing needs. Side note my uncle who is an architect was visiting from Michigan and has a critical eye for everything construction. He complimented us on the roof and said “they did a great, clean job and tied everything in like it should be.” If you knew John, that’s a HUGE compliment.

We were very impressed with Ty’s crew from Southern Coast Roofing from the delivery of open top trailer, arrival time of the crew, demolition of the old roof, arrival of the material and how quickly it was unloaded, the team lunch break, city inspection, installation of the new roof and final cleanup which all went like clockwork.The whole job was well synchronized and efficient from beginning to end. Plus, the job was completed in one day. We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend them based on our personal experience.We purchased the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles.Included was the GAF Silver Pledge Warranty.The warranty is transferable to the new owner upon sale of the property. This was a plus for us also.

This company replaced my roof 12 years ago. They used the highest quality material and they charged less than any other quote that I could find. The guys were extremely professional, very friendly, on time and had great communication. 12 years later the seal around the chimney started going bad from the intense floor to Sun. They came out and resealed it and painted the fireplace cap at no charge. I highly recommend this company absolutely love these guys!

They were very good at what they do. There are a lot of roofers in the state, but no one has ever followed up after a big rain and asked how did everything do. That speaks volumes. It is not easy to fix or build a roof when you are always contending with the rain. They kept in communication and we were able to always touch base as to when and what was going on. I highly recommend them for either residential or commercial. Thanks Ty and Juan for all your hard work and follow up and through.
