The salesman returned all calls timely, and answered all our questions. The office staff was pleasant, communication went well in person and over the phone. The field foreman Dillon explained onsite work process at start of morning. The crew was punctual every day, and courteous. The crew observed safety and protected our property from unnecessary damage. The re-roofing crew on our house managed the entire job in under 3 days, and worked each day from sun up to sundown. The end result for us is absolutely beautiful! Every step went smoothly and timely, even the dumpster drop-off and pick-up. They checked all the boxes. I did some research/comparing and even though they had the best price by far they also had the warranty and quick responses to go with it. 1st ones out to estimate, hand written estimate and didn’t offer to “go back to their supervisor to see if they could get me a better price” like a car dealership would do….My house looks better than ever. LWR did an awesome job on our large, very complicated roof. The workers were prompt each morning, and worked continuously all day. Each day they cleaned up all the debris before they left. Communication with the job supervisor and the office staff was always easy. They always responded timely to my many questions. Their price was competitive. I highly recommend LWR!

They took 2 months longer than originally quoted after collecting half my money up front for a chimney reflash and changed the install date several times. This was their idea of their “color match” of my shingles. My insurance agent asked “which friend of mine did the roof” and couldn’t believe this was a licensed company.UPDATE: After 1.5 years the flashing is leaking again. According to the roofer who came to inspect, the wrong silicone was used to caulk above.Service: Roof repair

Awesome company to work with. The personnel in the office were very friendly and the workers were very diligent. They did a wonderful job and there was absolutely no debris left on the ground from all the debris falling off the roof as they worked. I definitely recommend this company as I have had two roofs now installed by them and I’ve never had a problem. They are very quick to answer any problems that you may have and come out promptly.

I called them to get an estimate for a new roof after Hurricane Idalia, but there never called me. A week after my new roof was finished, Lewis Walker Roofing sent an email wanting to give me an estimate!! A little late, right? Doesn't seem very dependable to me.

I guess the work is good, not leaking so that's what bumps them up to a 2 Star. There was a question about supplies that were needed, not sure why since we had a hole cut in our roof and that was the only reason we called them. We were charged for a board of OSB that should have been on our supply list to begin with and an extra hour of labor. When Julie called to ask how the work was, I asked about the extra $80. She said she would find out and get right back to me. No call. She emailed my husband instead who had no knowledge of our conversation. I've tried to call her 3 times in a couple of weeks now, no call back. My time is valuable too. I can't recommend this company strictly on the lack of customer service we have received after they have been paid.

Do not use Lewis Walker Roofing. I contracted with them for a roof installation that cost over $22,000. They knew a rainstorm was coming, but did not quit until a Fl thunderstorm hit that left my roof with water pouring in. Their response was don’t worry it will dry out when it quits raining. They removed 2 vents and threw them in the trash. Once again their response was we use the best ridge vents so there is no need for them. The dumpster company got the dumpster stuck in my yard I had to pay $300 to get the 3 feet depressions smoothed over. Their response was you signed a legal waiver for damages so we will not fix it. When questioned if they would talk about reducing the costs of my roof due to these issues their response was you owe the remainder of the contract and we do not reduce costs. I have 2 other homes that need roofs so for a feel good reduction refusal of $100 on their part they will never get any more of my business. Use this as a warning.They laughed all the way to the bank.Service: Roof installation

The guys they had come out did a very good job cleaned up very well after the job was over. Had our metal roof done last Easter . The gentleman that come out and gave us our estimate was named Jake And my mother run into him the other day and he actually remembered her call called her by name and asked her how everything was going and if she was still happy with it . Because of insurance companies requiring roofs to be replaced after ten years wear, I requested someone to inspect my roof. Jake T did the inspection. He could have told me I needed a new roof and I would not have known the difference. However, Jake told me the roof is in good condition and it should last for another ten to fifteen years. We had an amazing experience with LWR. The team that was onsite doing our roof was professional and kept the entire work area clean. They even had someone walking around with a large magnet grabbing nails in the yard throughout the 2-3 days they were there. The service we had during sales was prompt and professional. Another company came in lower than LWR's original bid and because LWR had been recommended to us by a friend we asked them to price match the other quote and they did. Overall I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Pro's - Had a small section of my roof to repair due to a roof leak. From start to finish the company was very professional. Staff in the office and field were very friendly and knowledgeable. Repair work was done in a day and field crew offered to help me fold up my big tarp and move the blocks. Repair work was professional and they explained what all was being done step by step. Was informed if I had any issue to give them a call back and they would come right out.Con's - Informed right at the start that it would be at least 4 wks or so before the repair work could be done due to current jobs on schedule. I have no gripe ! Lewis Walker Roofing had the best of the three companies in principle consideration. The new roof looks stunning and amazing. LWR was thousands of dollars below Covenant and still lower than Reed Roofing. Reed was a few hundred higher than LWR. I got a brand new roof with LWR during the time I would still be waiting for Reed to start. Who advised it would be a month or more for them to start after we "pay" 50% deposit. With Lewis Walker Roofing I got a new roof within a week of paying the 50% deposit. Hooray for Lewis Walker Roofing. Our experience with LWR's residential re-roofing job has been entirely positive. The company's selection of GAF products and system is very broad and has given us a beautiful new roof. The crew was big enough to complete the job professionally and in 2 days. The only "issue" (some minor gutter damage) was quickly recognized and resolved. I would use LWR again and recommend the company to friends and family.

Not a good experience. Weather delayed the project which meant I had construction materials on my property for 2 weeks. We had two layers of roofing to take off, so I knew it would be a little extra time, but it was over a week for them to complete the project. I was assured it would be done on a Friday, but it was not, so another weekend with the dumpster in my driveway. Maybe if the workers showed up on time and worked a full day, it would've been completed on schedule. My car was damaged by the workers and it has been over 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for an estimator to call me, even though I already submitted an estimate.
