We had RMC renovate an entire upstairs. Long story short: floors are uneven, brand new floors were not covered when they painted, so my pregnant wife spent countless hours scrubbing paint off, electric outlets are popping off walls, baseboards have come away from the walls, closet doors were never finished, paint was splattered everywhere, they used latex over oil paint on the stair rail, so it's already peeling off. The shower leaked for months, until I finally fixed that myself, because their 2 attempts failed. The only time Leslie was on site was when I called to tell her about something her team had done wrong, which was unfortunately just about on a daily basis. The brand new metal roof, which they also installed, still leaks, even after they sprayed the entire underside with foam. To this day, the roof leaks into the nursery. Emails are hardly ever returned, almost as if they don't want anything in writing. There is so, so much more. Buyer beware.

Had a metal roof over done. The free estimate was execellent. No hidden fees and all options were given (not pushed). All questions were treated important and gladly answered. They were able to come do the work early due to a customer having to wait and it was completed in one day. I highly recommend them.

We contracted with Reed Roofing in 2014 to replace an existing metal roof with a new metal roof.We had several issues with the roof after a period of approximately six years, past the warranty period.I contacted Don Reed in September 2020 and he indicated that he had retired and his daughter and son in law were currently running the business.Subsequently I spoke with both Paul and Leslie (new owners) regarding issues with the roof. Paul showed up at our house immediately, provided his personnel cellphone number and was always available to answer my calls.He indicated that he was willing to do whatever it took to correct the problems even though the problems associated with our roof were not within the warranty period.My wife and I were very impressed with the professional and personnel service provided by Reed Roofing and their willingness to correct problems that other companies would most likely ignore.At the end of the day all problems were corrected and I would state that Reed Roofing provided superior customer service and i would highly recommend that you speak with Paul and Leslie before hiring anyone else and give them the opportunity to handle your construction needs.Service: Remodeling

Terrible customer service by Paul and Kalie. I was trying to get roof work done on the house and this company strung me along for two weeks after doing an estimate and then responded by saying they did t have time to do our repair. I don’t understand why you would do an estimate if you didn’t have the time? Also, they did not want to repair our roof because we had claimed it on our house insurance and they did not want to deal with any insurance work. So again why would you do an estimate knowing all of this and then two weeks later decide you don’t have the time. This is two weeks I could have been dealing with another company. I am sure another company will be glad to take your business, especially in times like this.

Facts/cons: it took 8 weeks to get the roof, while on site the workers trampled/broke/killed numerous plants around the house despite being asked to avoid them several times, trash and nails were left around the house, and they punctured a screen on one window with equipment hanging over the side of the house.Pros: Done quickly (less than one day to install), responded to complaint about plants and workers (but only with a 'we are sorry; it happens'), relatively cheap, roof seems secure so far and looks nice.I guess you get what you pay for in this instance.

Called and was told they would get get back with us to schedule an estimate. Two weeks past and placed another call and was told they would be out on a Thursday afternoon between 1pm to 4 pm. At 3:45 pm on Thursday I called and they said they were tied up and needed to reshedule!!! I phone call would have been polite as I changed my schedule to ensure I would be there. Receptionist did not seem to care at all about the situation!!!

The repair was never done properly. Do not expect them to answer the phone or return messages. I went to their office and spoke to Will about my unsatisfactory repair. He said he would look into it. Never heard from him again. Another Lake City dirtbag company. Not recommended.Service: Roof repair

If I could leave a 0 review, I would. Take it from experience, save your time and money go somewhere else. Terrible to do business with. We have been dealing with them for months for a project that was only supposed to take a few weeks. It has been a nightmare. Go SOMEWHERE else!

We cannot say how satisfied we where with the roof. The guys doing it where very nice and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. We love them and have reference alot of our friends to them.
