Came home to find a plumbing failure resulting in a completely flooded carpet and room. Ready5 was called and showed up immediately early morning and ready with all the equipment and confidence to tackle the situation. We had a kitchen fire due to a faulty GFI. Contacted the Insurance Company and they assigned Ready 5 to manage the restoration process. Joe Gladish called the next day and took immediate steps to start the restoration. His team did an excellent job cleaning up and removing all the demolished materials in a timely fashion. Ready 5 is a remediation contractor, that I recently utilized for damage caused from an under slab water leak in my home. Ready 5 was extremely prompt in their response and immediately put in place the necessary equipment to minimize any additional damage. This was all accomplished by their project manager, JJ, who was very knowledgeable of all aspects of this type of remediation but also very respectful and personable, he performed the work in a manner such as it was his own home. JJ made certain all protection and clean up was done in a manner to protect other areas of our home. After a roofing disaster, we called Ready 5 to come help start drying out damage in 4 different locations in our home. Joe Gladish and John came over immediately and started the process. I had never been through this process before and they were very thorough in explaining everything and setting my expectations. Both gentlemen were professional and kind and I would highly recommend this team. John even took the extra step to be quiet when doing the demo work since I was working at home. READY5 is a wonderful company. We had a water leak from a pipe in back bedroom of our house. They were there first thing in the morning cleaned up the water and there was a lot! Put the machines in to dry out everything and because of their fast reaction we have NO mold. They tore out all the wet sheet rock and insulation and pad n the carpet never left a mess. We worked with Chuck who is amazing! I cant say enough good about him. He was understanding kind and explained everything to us. We are so happy it was Chuck that got assigned to our home. Our entire home burned down in July, and before the flames were even put out multiple companies were calling/texting/giving me their cards daily. Some even crossed the police line after the fact to put up door marketing signs (also disregarding the no solicitation signs).One company that didn’t harass me was Ready5. After a flood of my home from a broken waster pipe I was referred to Ready 5 by my Insurance carrier Front line Insurance. My home was a mess and Ready 5 arrived serval hours later at the time they scheduled and immediately went to work . This company is Top Notch ! . Professional , On time and cared for my home as if it was their own. I cant say enough good things about their technician. JJ :) He made the whole process tolerable. He was professional , empathetic and was very good at his job. I was out of my home over a week which required me to return for several monitoring appointment's. He always scheduled the appointments around my schedule , he was always on time and always called to confirm when he was on his way. At the end my home was dry and ready for the repair phase. I laquiten did a job for these guy through a temp service this is the most racist company I've worked for the guy tod keep telling use he don't wanna slave drive use.Then tell use that he thinks Martha Luther King Day is not in important holiday your opinion of course but on job site keep your opinions to yourself.I completed demo part of this job in four days which the last day was Martha Luther King Day.we was having a conversation about holiday pay in the guy said its not a holiday but banks are close in schools but forget the pay the rest of that evening things got weird to the point he asked us not to come back. Remind you I did most of all the work in this house if the big boss see this that floor that was up stairs they taking for ever to do I did it in two days that guy tod is lazy four geeze sake he has a bed in the back of his van that tell you then for Martha Luther day for him to be at work he celebrated more then us cause I had to explain to a the worker what to do.a
