I had an excellent experience with Restoration Builders and Mike and would highly recommend. It's so difficult to navigate the roofing industry right now, especially in Florida. The guys came out promptly on the day scheduled and were extremely efficient! What was originally going to be a three day job was finished by 11am on day two! Cleanup was also excellent, I know it has to be difficult to find every nail after a total reroof but a week later I have yet to find a single one.Service: Roof installation

Timely follow up and good service.Left a message at their offices early Fri noon and received initial follow up call within minutes. After explaining repair needs, was told that a GRC rep would call to arrange time to inspect roof. GRC rep called within a half hour and was able to come out that afternoon to scope the work.While looking at the roof, rep pointed out other issues that needed attention also. Rec'd quote following Tues. By Thursday, service technician was on-site. GRC rep came by later than evening to do final inspection and found a couple of minor issues that he wanted handled. Next day, technician returned and closed outstanding issues.All contact was professional, warm and courteous. Will not hesitate to reach out to the Next GRC team for future roofing needs.Service: Roof repair

We were hired as subcontractor by Mr. Frank Ruiz.He didn't pay us anything. He's owing about 2 months and doesn't answer the calls, messages or email.It's not serious and definitely not recommend to other subs.Avoid this kind of company.
