Even with storm Iam and all the problems the storm brought, they had been able to get the Roof, soffit and gutters replaced. They ensured that all the work was completed satisfactory. They also worked well with the insurance company to have the repairs done correctly. I add before and after pictures. Joey and Top Notch Roofing did an awesome job getting my roof all replaced. I had been getting really high quotes when i was given joeys phone number to contact him to get me taken care of. I was told they do great work an will get it done pretty quick. Which they did. I would recomend joey and Top Notch Roofing if you need roof work done even if its just a patch or a whole roof. You wont be let down.

Laura is a gem! This company is truly lucky to have Laura S. as an employee. I hired her in the past and hired again to work on my house. She kept me updated during the entire process, was on scene while the work was being done and came to check on the roof after it was complete. She was available to me anytime! I can't say enough good about them. They came after hurricane Ian. I was in touch at all times. They did an excellent job and even arranged the soffit and gutter work. We had all sorts of issues with the insurance company. They were very understanding and never pressured us even though they had to wait months to be paid. I would highly recommend them!

Great company. Gets the work done fast. Actually I was referred to them from a friend. After they finished my roof and installed two skylights. I referred Jason and Top Notch to two other home owners. They did both of their homes. Had a hardworking crew for each house. Fast and efficient. They work from sun up till sun down. I made an appointment for a roof inspection. I confirmed the appointment every single time I received a text message reminder. I provided all the information needed for the appointment: location, insurance company, etc. The day of the appointment the inspector decided to not show up due to supposedly not having the address. He tried to blame it on the tenant when he never called them or asked me for any address confirmation via text as we were communicating that way. When I called him and asked for his name to report the situation he decided to hang up on me. I called and spoke with Cesar forwarding the exchange of text messages (see attached), and Cesar confirmed the address was on file. Jason, the owner, was supposed to call me but he still hasn't done this. Accountability is definitely not something Top Notch Roofing is about. Something very important when dealing with people's home and insurance. This is the reason why I provided this review.Service: Roof inspection

This was my first time contracting a Roofing Company. Rich Faas came highly recommended....and after meeting him in person I was so much more knowledgeable; Rich helped me in understanding the process of replacing the roof, as well as making sure the insurance company paid for other items needed that where not included in there inspection estimate. My roof was replaced in one day as Rich said it would be. I highly recommend this roofing company as all other companies i requested an estimate only did it via satelite pictures. Rich Faas was the only one that came to my home. His knowledge was 100%; He was kind and very respectful. He also came the day of the installation and day after to check the work and see if i had any questions or concerns. Top notch roofing really is. Top notch recently put a new roof on our 2,300 sq. ft. home and we are very satisfied with the work performed. They also came in with the best price!The job was quick, professional and Brannen, our Top Notch rep, made himself available and was on site quite a bit. After the job was complete the roofing material was completely cleaned up as well. The only small thing I should mention is the workers really pounded the roof - at times it seemed like they dropped whole pallets😂, but they were otherwise quiet and respectful of us.Would I recommend Top Notch roofing?
