This company is as professional as it gets. They are super punctual the guys are all super nice and very educated in their jobs and polite. They left my roof beautiful a beautiful selection of colors to pick from. Hard-working guys be finished in two days, they would’ve been done in one but it was rainy. Oh the owner of the company is extremely nice and very professional as well. Fabulous experience from start to finish! We needed a complete re-roof after the damage from Hurricane Ian, so went looking for the highest-rated roofing company in the area. We're so thankful we found A3. This company is a well-oiled machine! Very reasonable price for the re-roof, and work started within a week! When the workers arrive, they don't mess around. They are like a roofing SWAT team; immediately unpacking and swarming the roof to get the job done. It only took them a day and a half to completely tear our old roof off and install a new one. The cleanup after was thorough and I can honestly say they left our property better than they found it, since they went around with a leafblower to finish off and got all of the dead leaves out of our beds.Best roofers in the biz! Professional, lightning fast and just plain good people.

What an amazing company! My spouse and I were in need of a roof replacement for our residence. We elicited several companies, whereby we received free consultations and proposals from each vendor. After ascertaining and comparing each company’s criterions and proposals we are extremely overjoyed that we elected to choose A3 Roofing for the following reasons.Keeping in mind, the proposal we excepted was not the least economical nor was it the most pricey. But, it was conducive to our needs.From the very introduction of our experience, A3 Roofing established an immense rapport with us by outlining in details what services and procedures would be implemented in the proposal. Included was a list of 18 items encompassing Florida’s business code, permits, type of nails used, underlayment, shingles, Wind Mitigation report, etc.I was particularly concerned with my numerous plants and trees being out of harms way. I was put at ease when it was relayed to me that it is A3 roofing policy to cover all vegetation to prevent damage. This was a huge deciding factor for me. The other companies we interacted with did not provide this service.My spouse and I were completely mesmerized with A3 Roofing impeccable customer service. There was ongoing communication. The job was exquisitely completed within two days using adequate manpower. The owner, Armando was diligent both days in visiting our residence while under construction and answering any questions we had. The cleanup was impeccable. One would not know that we just had a roof replacement. The entire perimeter consisted of no visible debris.Lastly, but not least, included in the proposal was a copy of a suggested list that one should take under advisement such as access to driveway is required, electrical power outlet is required, etc. Without asking, the proposal also included the owner’s license number as well as certificate of liability insurance. A permit was visible.In summary, throughout our years, my spouse and I have ventured out in accomplishing other home improvement projects. A3 roof fit my roof at the last minutes. Insurance company filed bankruptcy and was canceling my policy and I had about 10 to get a new roof so another company would insure my home without a lapse in coverage. I contacted A3 Roofing after noticing a leak in my guest bedroom ceiling. (The roof on my home was over 15 years old and in poor shape.) They were able to schedule to come out to my property within 24 hours to assess what needed replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when the estimate for replacement came back much lower than I was anticipating. They were able to get all of the materials ordered and had me on the schedule within 2 weeks. On the day of installation, they arrived around 7am and had the entire project completed (replaced my entire roof) before I came home from work that evening. Some of my neighbors have used other companies to replace their roofs and it took some of them days to complete. I was thrilled to have it done with no mess left behind in one day. Armando and Robert were a pleasure to work with and made what could have been a very stressful process go as smooth as possible. A3 roofing did and excellent job on my 85 year old historic home. There are roofers everywhere trying to get your job. However very few that go above and beyond to do it right. A3 did just that, above and beyond throwing on new roofing. They were on time and very responsive to all the questions we had even after we scheduled our job. I had my estimate the same day along with copies of all their contractor license numbers and insurance information. The price was fair and they stayed within the estimated price and time frame. I also had a couple requests for the attic venting and they were able to accommodate those. The roof looks great lines are straight and shingles are high quality. They cleaned up the yard and didn't leave nails and debris in the yard. The roof passed inspection the first time. My experience with A3 was quite different from the other reviews I see.They put a new roof on my house. A couple days after they had removed their equipment from my yard, I had a question about a minor aspect of the job. I called Armando, and was surprised to get a rude, unprofessional, almost belligerent, and certainly disrespectful response to a simple question that I feel like was asked politely, and was not anything that should have provoked that type of response.He had been pleasant and likable previously, but it seemed to me that after the check cleared and the work started, we as the customer became a burden. We had zero communication once the job began, and stretched on days longer than expected. That was a minor annoyance, but not a big deal at all. Things happen, I understand that, and I don't need my hand held. The work got done, eventually. But after the work was done, I had to reach out to him for information about something that he should have communicated days earlier. Still not a big deal, but another minor annoyance.The big deal came when a simple question turned into an insulting and shockingly unprofessional argument. He acted like he had done me a huge favor by working on the job he was paid to do. I eventually just had to hang up on him, with him still talking.As for the work itself, it was acceptable, but that's the best I could say about it. They did the bare minimum of what would be considered adequate work, which is fine. It's nice when a company is committed to doing excellent work, and goes above and beyond, but times are tough, and not every company can deliver that every time. I could have paid more with a different company, and probably gotten better, and I wish I had.My experience with A3 was that they did average work, slower than average, with horrible customer service after the sale. I would hate to have to deal with them if there was some kind of complication or contingency on a job. For that reason, I would not recommend using them.Service: Roof installation

I got three quotes before choosing A3. They offered everything the others did but for a few thousand less. They did a great job and identified and replaced all damaged wood. Clean up was great wouldn't know they were here. Final inspection done by owner Armando with drone pics. Great guy great company. Editing again: Armando and his crew has gone above and beyond trying to resolve an issue with the new roof that is due to a manufacturing issue with the actual shingles themselves and not the installation process, which has basically expanded to the entire roof. So, giving 5 stars to Armando and A3 as it's well deserved.Editing review. My customer service issues stated in original review were satisfactory resolved. So I'm raising my review to an appropriate rating.Original review: They installed a new roof on our house after it was damaged during the 2019 hurricane season. I even opted for some "premium" offerings. I noticed a few spots where the shingles were not laying flat, but was told the heat of the sun would flatten it out. Fair enough. But that never happened, and in looking at closer, it looks like both the underlayment and shingles are lifted, almost as if there's something under them like a nail not nailed flush. With the new hurricane season upon us, I contacted them to have it looked at and got a confirmed appointment. However, no one ever showed up or called to reschedule. I've since tried to contact them again and again via phone and email, but so far, I've not heard back. So for my review I say, if you choose A3 to replace your roof and all goes well, you'll be happy with them. But if you have post install issues, good luck.

I called A3 Roofing to schedule an appointment and get a quote, within minutes Armando was at my door step. He walked me thru the steps on how to select the roof that will protect my family for the next 30 yrs. Then he left me a set of samples to choose from, while he was measuring the job, allowing my wife and I to discuss the different options. That same day we had three different quotes from him showing the Good, Better and Recommended which all came at a much affordable price than all other vendors we quoted before. A3 Roofing crew arrived on a Friday morning and were done by the next day. While his crew were on site, Armando personally was keeping a keen eye on the job at hand, making sure all bases were covered. After A3 were done, there was no mess, all the waste was hauled away and all little debris were collected without any issues. The following day we had a tropical front on top of us but we were safe and dry under our new roof. Thank You A3 Roofing, you guys rock!! -
