Here we are, again. Paid James Belcher for full roof replacement and the roof is leaking for the third time now in less than two years. I called him every day for 5 straight days to get out here and fix it as the matter is urgent with the water leaking directly into the house. He never replied. This is par for the course stemming from the two prior leaks. I texted him and copied our tenant on the text, and James tried lying saying that he had been there - only to be called out that he had not. He has still not returned my call, just like last two times, and this is day 6. DO NOT trust the warranty as it's not worth the headache of a completely botched roof replacement. Also, they will flat out lie in their rebuttal and say they returned the call so I encourage any of you that are thinking of hiring Belcher Roofing, reach out to me directly. I will give you a transparent, first-hand account at the complete ineptness at replacing the roof and i'm happy to share additional pics of the significant damage.Service: Roof installation

I HIGHLY recommend Belcher Roofing for roofing and home improvement needs. James was hired by my Grandmother, with me overseeing the details, to replace her roof and complete a home improvement project. James and his team did an excellent job! My Grandmother had three bedroom doors and trimming replaced, drywall repaired for the ceiling in the garage and inside her home, plywood installed in the ceiling of the outdoor utility room, etc. We love it!Hire Belcher Roofing and you will NOT regret it.

Belcher Roofing just finished our roof! We dealt directly with the owner, James Belcher. We really like his suggestion we go with a lighter color! Our roof looks great!! He was very nice and his crew did a great job! I highly recommend them!

I had Belcher Contractors & Roofing install a roof on my home in 2012. Never had any problem with the installation, workers or clean up. Employes's were very professional and kept to the schedule as promised. I was totally satisfied with the quality of workmanship and price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a roof.

This company is awful. Paid James Belcher to replace a roof on residential house and that roof has leaked twice in the past 11 months since it was replaced. Both times the leak resulted in completing damaging the interior ceiling which had to be replaced. James was responsible for this payment and he stiffed the company that made the ceiling repair. That company is pursuing legal action against him. Communication with James is a joke. He hides under his bed when I've made repeated calls/texts/emails letting him know we have an URGENT problem with water leaking into the house. James has not returned any of the messages. He hides behind John who is just his cover to answer phone and say James is on the roof. Dont fall for their 5 year labor warranty as, evident here, their labor sucks or if you want to pay thousands of dollars for a new roof and still have it leak, then James Belcher is your guy.

Having been in the business of real estate for over a decade I've worked with a number of roofing contractors. I certainly understand at times honest mistakes are made but there is a difference between errors of that nature and the incompetence and unprofessionalism I experienced with Belcher Roofing.The problems began when the employees of Belcher Roofing, while replacing wood, showered the interior of my garage with debris including but not limited to roofing nails, pitch, old lumber and roofing tiles covering children's toys, tools and other personal belongings. Due to the danger presented by these materials we were unable to park our vehicle in the garage, our children certainly could not access the garage and a month later we are still cleaning.Our field representative was notified as was the owner of the company and neither responded. I'm attaching a picture to give a small sample of what we are dealing with.Next the company took inadequate precautions to keep debris from spreading on the job site. Pitch was spilled on our pool deck which was tracked into the house. Hundreds of pieces of roofing debris continue to be found around our house, not the least of which are nails, which fortunately our young children have not stepped on. Empty water bottles and other trash were left on the roofFinally, the job was left incomplete and the company had to be called back because they neglected to replace soffit which had been removed at the corner of the house leaving it exposed.An absolutely terrible experience that I would not wish on another human being.

These guys did my whole roof without problems .. I had someone else start and not finished the job, these guys got it done with no problems. if you looking to avoid issues I would recommend checking them out. Thank you for doing a great job
