Me and my brothers have been planning to remodel our parents home and currently in need of a new roof asap. We were very impressed with this roofing company. There was initially a miscommunication on what was going to be done, but with a simple phone call, there was zero hassle to get it fixed and the work completed. That zero hassle part is why I will be using this company again in the future.They were very professional and really nice. Code red roofers saved us from our nightmare! Our insurance was canceled when their inspector reported shingles were missing on our new home. We called code red roofers and Tommy came out the same day and gave us a quote. The roof was replaced a few days later. Their crew arrived early and got straight to work, they were mindful of our Landscaping and cleaned up thoroughly. The new roof looks terrific and our insurance was reinstated, our neighbors even complimented our on how great it looks. They had the lowest price of several roofers who gave us estimates. The service was excellent: some Christmas decorations were damaged by the dumpster so the project manager ran to Home Depot to replace them! My neighbors compliment me on how good my new roof looks!

I’ve had a leak in my family room that only occurs when heavy rains come. I’ve tried to find the problem but about once a year it still leaks. I finally contacted Ike from Code Red Roofers and he was here the next day to check it out.He spent time talking to me to understand what I had been experiencing and then headed up on the roof to inspect the area.20 minutes later he came down with an old rusty nail that had popped up. He filled the nail hole and re-secured the shingle.Ike was very professional and reasonable on the cost. Do not bother to call anyone else. Code Red is the best roof company in Polk County. They have the best turn around time, the best price, the best service, the best products, and the best staff. The entire process was a headache.. start to finish. And it's not even finished yet. Code red roofers started on our roof over 2 months ago, communicating with this company has been miserable, we have had to call multiple times to get someone to respond, I don't know how many times they said they'd be out one day and that day came and went, heard nothing and seen no one. They backed into our garage and STILL haven't been out to fix it. Destroyed gutter in multiple places, have not put on drip paneling on the front of house so water pours down in multiple places.
