Wanted To Personally Thank GREG DICKEY WITH COLLIS ROOFING For Proving That A Company Can Be Fair, Reputable And On Time. Their Team Of Roofing Experts Took More Time To Prepare The Area To Ensure That Everything In The Surrounding Area Was Protected Before Starting The Roof Removal. Excellent customer service. Their representative, Greg Dickey worked with my insurance company to get the best possible coverage. The crew was well organized and conscientious. All the work was completed in 2 days and my new roof is beautiful. They even laid tarps around the house to catch falling debris and nails and keep them out of the yard, then cleaned the yard when finished. My yard was spotless when they left. We had damage to our roof in July 2019. After 3 months of negotiations with the insurance we were getting no where. A neighbor had his roof replaced by Collis Roofing and recommended getting them involved. We contacted Collis and Greg Dickey came to our home to inspect damages the next day. Greg took the bull by the horns and went to work on our claim. After going through 3 desk adjusters and working with the field adjuster the insurance finally agreed on full replacement. Greg stayed on the project to see that the insurance covered every penny. Jack Garcia, the supervisor for the replacement was on site daily and was great to work with as was his teammembers. The end result was a great job and a beautiful roof, finally completed in March 2020. We don’t know how we could have ever got this completed without Collis, specifically Greg Dickey!!

He was really more concerned with helping our family with our roof issues, protecting our home , rather than just filling his pockets . ( Very rare these days !) From beginning to end this was a fantastic experience. Greg Dickey met with me, gave me a quote, educated me on the different types of roofing, and helped me decide what would be best. The work was scheduled, the permit pulled, and the work executed. The roof was inspected by both the county and Rick, the Collis representative. All of this was done seamlessly! I have to be honest, there has not been a company I have dealt with in two decades as efficient and with such integrity as Collis Roofing. The team of men that showed up at 6:40am and left at 5pm were extremely hard workers and finished my roof in one day. I called a couple of other local roofers to get quotes, but they kept dragging their feet. I called Collis after a chance run in with one of their guys at a gas station. Greg Dickey came right out, assessed the roof and we went over my insurance documents. My insurance low balled the roof replacement quote, but Collis are pros at handling insurance claims. They not only got us better shingles, but also went above and beyond in replacing damaged wood under my roof to ensure the roof would last for years to come.The work crew did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the results. There was a minor accident, and they damaged my AC system, but Collis took care of the cost of repairs straight away. I know accidents happen, and I think the strength of a company comes down to how they handle situations like this, just as much as how well they provide their services.If you have an insurance claim on your roof, I highly recommend Collis Roofing be your first call. Collis was the best experience that we've had. Tried to get other companies to come out to give estimates and no one showed. Greg Dickey, was there from the beginning and help us get what we needed to get help with insurance company. They are very prompt and efficient. They had the roof done within 1 day. They cleaned up after themseves. They even came back and did another sweep of the yard and driveway, just to make sure all the nails were picked up. I give Collis Roofing A+++. My roof was destroyed by a tree due to a hurricane. Greg Dickey worked with me the whole way through it, he provided me quotes for two different prices for roof repair, he even out sourced an engineer to fix the gable that was destroyed, in return help me get more money back on my claim to help with repairs. He also offered some money saving tips on some other work that could be done, rather then his team do it (Because he would have charge) Overall it was a great experience for a terrible moment of time. I fully recommend Collis Roofing and working with Greg.

We just had an entire tear-off and re-roof done by Collis Roofing. Greg and his crew in Lakeland were wonderful to work with, very professional and prompt service. They worked with us through the entire process from choosing the shingles to financing. The crew that came to work on the house was polite and neat, at the end of the work day each day our yard was 'cleaned-up' and they made sure every nail was picked up when they left the site (which I value as a mom with a young child!). Bengtsson residence new roof. We have had the best experience with the staff at Collis Roofing, everyone from Greg Dickey who did our estimate, to the employees and job foreman Jack were pleasant and trust worthy. Jack made sure the area was cleaned up to Collis standards at the end of the job even if it meant a return trip on a Friday night! We had other quotes as this was a big investment for us but we are beyond happy with the quality of the work and people that have worked on our home in the last week. We have no complaints. I would not hesitate to recommend Collis for any of their services.

We highly recommend Collis Roofing!! We and multiple neighbors had roof damage after Irma. Our neighbors didn't use Collis & had numerous issues with quality of work & lack of clean up (nails left all over yard & even in AC unit!). We had absolutely NO issues with Collis! They worked with us to pick a shingle even giving us references to actually see the shingles and the quality of their roof work for ourselves. They worked with us on pricing & the insurance company. Their clean up was wonderful. They laid tarps on the landscaping, covered the AC, covered the edge of the screens on the pool cage, used a magnet to get up nails, & cleaned up all the trash. Most importantly, they did excellent high quality work!! The crew was highly skilled and very efficient. We wouldn't recommend using anyone else!

I got estimates from many roofing companies. None were as professional or knowledgeable as Collis. They told me it would take 1-2 days to replace my roof. It took exactly 1 1/2 (just as they promised). The results? Phenomenal! My new roof has given new life to my house. First class experience all the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
