Highest of praise for this company! Our 15 year old shingle roof was replaced in one day by a highly skilled crew. Jansen was our contact person. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any issues that I brought up were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. The owner was amazingly responsive and exhibited tremendous concern about customer satisfaction, a rare trait in these times. Copeland's did a great job on taking care of leak through my metal roof attached to our lanai. It leaked again after the first repair and they stood by their quote and came back and pulled up some shingles and applied some coating now my area is leak free. Thank you for standing by your quote and doing a great job for. They were professional and cleaned up their work area. We would recommend Copeland's Complete Construction for your roof project.

A huge shout out to Copeland's Complete Construction, LLC and Jonathan Waters for the amazing job they did on our chimney! From start to finish Jonathan was there to guide us through the process (there are several steps in repairing a chimney). Clay went above and beyond to track down the exact shingles for us even though they are not made anymore! All the workers were very friendly and got the job done quickly! We are very impressed and will absolutely be recommending this company and Jonathan to anyone needing roof or construction work! Thanks again to everyone!

Not only are these guys excellent in doing the work, their customer service is THE BEST! I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out to them for a quote on a very small job for a duplex unit. The representative that I spoke with (several other companies, didn't answer or didn't return my phone call) was eager to help and was able to get someone to the property and get me a price. Insurance demanded that we get 3 quotes and I was very happy that the insurance agent agreed with me to choose Copeland's. The job was perfectly done and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. They sent pictures and everything. I would highly recommend this company; especially after working with and meeting Jonathan and speaking directly to Clay. They even went out of their way to resolve the issue we had after the job was completed. They will be my choice every time! Thanks guys, U ROCK!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I worked primarily with Jason and Clay via text and Phone Conference.Price was very competitive, and they even adjusted down to meet a competitor's price. Work was scheduled for 6 weeks from downpayment, but I had an issue with my insurance company and a deadline that I needed to meet for insurance. They moved my job up 2 weeks so I could meet the insurance deadline.Every timeline was met!I have a large house and a workshop that was to be reroofed. They started the job on the house, did the Tearoff and started to install the new roof, they had about half of the new roof installed and I got a call from Clay, he said I have some bad news. "The shingles we have are BAD SHINGLES manufacture defect"! He gave me a couple of options on how we could proceed. I told him I wanted the same shingles as originally ordered. And reminded him of the deadline by the insurance company.Not sure how they did it.Procured more shingles, HALTED THE INSTALLATION, TORE OFF ALL THE BAD SHINGLES, and began anew following a day's delay due to rain.Now let's talk INTEGRITY, there is no doubt in my mind that some companies would have just continued to install BAD SHINGLES and called the job complete and left me to deal with the manufacture of the bad shingles a couple of years down the road. Not Copeland's Complete Construction LLC. They had the INTEGRITY TO DO THE RIGHT THING. Thank God.And after all of the bumps in the road. They FINISHED THE JOB TWO DAYS PRIOR TO MY INSURANCE DEADLINE.I cannot say enough about this company and would give them 10 stars if allowed.L.S. "Mike" Pittman

Tom the Frenchman did a great job. He handled my claim and got me a $120,000.00 roof for cost of my deductible ($2500.00). Copeland is a family business with Clay Copeland employing several family members. Clay was always available to answer questions and always called/texted me back. These guys are amazing. They did a complete roof last year and it was a great experience. Then I developed a leak on carport ( not related to previous job). They not only came to let me know what is needed, but blew my entire roof off while here and did a little patch work to hold me over until I can afford to redo the carpet 💓 💓.
