We had a great experience, from the sales rep coming out to the actual installation. We thought it would be a long time before our install happened, but we were pleasantly surprised it happened the next week after the plans were approved. The installers were professional and courteous, and took great care in protecting my lawn ornaments and keeping everything cleaned up as they went along. They were fast and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Eustis Roofing and all the staff with whom we communicated were helpful, clear and did everything possible to accommodate our needs with an old roof very much in need of replacement. The price for a top quality job meeting wind mitigation standards was highly competitive -- especially considering Eustis excellent reviews. The crew was a pleasure and super-efficient with excellent on-site management. The new roof is beautiful, and we couldn't find a single nail or piece of debris after they cleaned up. A great experience.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. I had 8 different companies come out for a quote and they beat them all. Plus they did what 90% of them said was to be subcontracted. My roof looks amazing, the vents and drip edge is better than any other house on my street. It's more modern than all the other installs I've seen the quality of work is impressive. Over 5k sq/ft of roofing with very steep angle and they did it in under 48 hrs.The five star rating on Google does not surprise me, but only 17 reviews? Come on people... give credit when its due. Fernando, Carlos and Jessica provided excellent customer service. Eustis is by far the best roofing company in central Florida. I should know, I've interacted with all of them.Why choose them?Price - I guarantee you will not find anyone that will provide quality materials and service at the price they offerQuality Materials - the vents, drip edge, and materials they use is what most roofing companies up charge but for them it is standardModern and Proprietary - these guys are bridging the gap in style and technology for roofing. NO ONE else has the products they offer and your roof will look light years ahead of your neighbors.They go the "extra mile" - these guys did more than I could ask for. The attention to details and knowledge of how ti mitigate future issues with creative and functional measures blew me away. The employees and service quality is the cherry on top.

Called the number and made an appointment. Eustis Roofing sent me a note reminding me of the appointment date/time, and the person (Christina) who would be meeting with me and providing me an estimate. (The note they sent also includes a photograph of the person you are meeting with - a VERY nice and personalized touch!!)Christina called the morning of the appointment, arrived on time, inspected my roof, and gave me a quote after I chose a few options.Wow! What an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL!!! She provided me a little history about Eustis Roofing, was extremely courteous in her delivery, told me and showed me my roof condition, informed me about what I could expect from the company, and was a highly effective/no pressure sales person. Seriously one of the best "sales" experiences I have ever had. New roof is scheduled to be completed in approximately a month but so far, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Eustis Roofing to anyone in need of their services.5 Stars. 🤩

Jeff Foley and his crew did an amazing job of cleaning our house roof and back garage roof. They were on time, covered all bushes, rinsed down all bushes when finished. Great job. Great communication. Very professional organization. Certainly chose the right contractor for the job. Very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Two neighbors had their roofs done by ERC, no issues. Got three bids, I thought they would be outrageous but they were the middle bid. Great decision on our end.

What a great job the workers did they where very quick with the work and cleaned everything very well and quickly the communication was not bad with the person in charge of the project only thing that I did not get the pictures that I asked for right away I got them when they finished the roof. Also just so you know when you use the financing know that you will pay a fee for financing. Other than that it was a great job.

They were the lowest bidder out of 5 roofin companies I quoted but wat impressed me is that Jeff was the only sales person that explained to me how they make sure the project is evaluated for the quality of the instalation an how they incentivise their staff for peroforming high-quality job. I tough it was a sales pitch but they proof me wrong, the day of the instalation the project lead showed up and explained the work that they will do and the installers were super clean and did not left evan 1 nail or debri in the grass or the floor. My neighbors came over to tell me that the roof looks fantastic and they were impressed with how clean and the level of a good job they did. I'm not an expert on roofing neither construction but so far the roof looks fantastic and mostly I feel like I got a high end centerteed pro for a low price.

I had a an old tar and gravel roof and was having a hard time finding a roofer who had adequate enough experience with them for me to feel comfortable hiring them. The couple I did find were expensive. I went with ERC because they have experience with uncommon roofs like mine and their price was also better than anyone else who quoted me. They completed the job in 3 days and the process was painless. Alfredo from the production team was quick to respond to any inquiries. There was a storm a couple days after and no leaks. So, so far so good! Based on my experience so far, I can easily recommend them.
