We live on the lake and wanted a panoramic view. Graham Aluminum did the job for us. It was beautiful! It was done quickly professionally and the price was reasonable after an incidental tear by a storm in one of our screens they did a great job of Repair and on a timely basis.I highly recommend them, and David was an especially helpful, courteous and professional !

9/06/23 update Graham aluminum made good on there life time guarantee they came out and finished the job matched the color of my home and repaired the Water heater entrance door also caulked previously missed area's. Also installed my Shutters and awnings. Special thanks to kelly at the office which I think made things happen quicker. notes below. Still need to replace window, and he did comp me 5 new drain down spouts. I did pay them in full. Special thanks to Kelly who I think made things happen faster. House looks great see pictures.8/30/23 Update I herd back from the office very next day and things seem to be moving forward. 8/29/23 We will come out for any repairs Life time warranty. I Have called several times no response. Steven the sales man and Jack Graham sat at my table and guaranteed me they would match previous siding installed by them 8 months ago. the vinyl color dosen't match-see picture. Still haven't heard from Jack Graham regarding this issue. There is incompleted work that needs to be done that they still haven't finished, putting back my window Shutters, I took them done for them to save them time and he told his employees they don't have to put them back. I thought i was helping them out. If they took them down don't you think they would have put them back. They have not installed the overhang for aluminum roof done 8 months ago-see pictures.The installation is exposed terrible job, bugs rodents can make them self a home, high winds possible can rip them up. They covered my water heater access door with vinyl siding, I can't get to my water heater. Window replacement and screen repair still haven't been done. He get his money, he dosen't care anymore. I don't blame employees they did what I asked of them when they were here, the only reason for 2 stars. Jack Graham tells them what to do and were to go, he just dosen't care. If you meet him, he will tell you anything you want to hear to get your business. He make a great politician. Bottom line not very good at keeping his promises for now or in a timely manner. I spent 40 thousand dollars I deserve alot more respect than I'm getting he has no integrity. I get it we are human mistakes happen we are not all perfect, but correct your mistakes and keep your promises goes a long way. I will update once they do, don't hold your breath.

I had my patio enclosed by graham aluminum, everything was good until they get your money. Trying to get them back out to fix anything is nearly impossible. Back in February, a graham employee came out to assess some roof defects on the enclosure and agreed the roof panels need to be replaced, and said he was going to get with Stephen the original salesman and the manufacturer to get it replaced. It’s the end May, and have heard a word or anything from them. They said it’s a lifetime warranty, but more like a lifetime of pain getting people to do their job. They replaced the lock on the screen door last year, and it’s still doing the original thing not locking. You can lock it from the inside, but still open the door from the outside. If you’re using graham aluminum to do any work, don’t pay until the job is done right. You will regret and be sorry if you don’t. Stephen will beg you until he get the money, then he will pay you back for making him beg by getting lost after he secured the money. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR Money AND GHOST YOUR MONEY AND GHOSTED YOU. They found a loop hole by giving you all the guarantees, and they only take cash or check. They will cash that check the same day you write it. Once you give them the money, you can’t get it back. They avoid credit cards to avoid disputes. The owner will guarantee you anything you want but once the money clears, you have to warranty it yourself or go to court.

They will rip you off BIG TIME. They lie about everything. We paid 2000$ up front. They broke the contract. And we have Absolutely nothing to show for it. We are in a court battle now. Again BEWARE THEY ARE A VERY BAD BISNESS TO DEAL WITH.I like that you admitted to take so long. That's where you broke the contract. And yer Lying about being custom windows. There just like any other on are street. You guys just continue to lie.

Graham installed a very nice birdcage screened patio last year. It was done very professionaly. When one of the screen doors wouldn't close properly, they fixed it right away. We had privacy blinds over our former lanai and I anticipated having to reinstall them myself as it was not part of the contract. Much to my surprise, they took the time to reinstall them themselves.I had some maintenance issue this year with these older blinds and needed an additional piece of aluminum to fix them and Graham brought the piece to my house, no charge.Great company to work with!

We recently had a screen enclosure and multi-purpose room added and we're delighted with the finished product. I put money down to have the roof of my screen enclosure repaired in August. I only heard from the salesman, Stephen, once to let me know more needed to be done then wediscussed. I called and left him many messages, but to this day have never heard from him. Then it took me 3 phones calls to the main office to get a refund as I chose not to do business with a company that doesn't care about their customers . Just because you are in business for 40+years that doesn't make you a good business.

Definitely the best prices around, I definitely looked into it and had several quotes. The time it took to finish was much quicker than the competitors said also. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Contracted with Jack Graham on a total remodel of out patio with windows/panes. After installation two windows fogged up. Graham returned twice and took measurements but never replaced the fogged windows. Kelly Graham reassured us windows would be fixed last July, yet it has been more than a year now without a resolution. Graham has not stood behind the quality of the products they sell. We have been more than patient with phone calls not being returned. My hopes in writing it that they will do the right thing and fix the fogged windows ASAP. They know how to contact us.

Some jobs are just too small for them and they don't have the honesty to say so. I called for an estimate and explained to the person on the phone exactly what I was looking for. The rep came out, and I showed him what I was looking for. His first comment was " That's it?", as if expecting more. He then proceeded to tell me that the building permit would be $800.00 which was a lie, as I verified with the city. Next, he gave me a price which was three times other estimates. I was in the construction industry for over 40 years and certainly can tell when a "highball" number is just thrown out there when a contractor simply does not want the job. Why not just tell me the job was too small for them? That would have gone over much better. So, when I do have a bigger screen project, I certainly will NOT call this company due the deceptive way my little project was handled.

Professional-quality work from Graham Aluminum. This company had the best price quote and the work was done even before the time promised. That saved us from potentially having a lot more interior damage to our home. They were recommended to me by three other families so I am passing on the positive recommendation to the world. Graham aluminum installed a metal roof for us. He explained the product, installation process, and the warranties. I Like knowing we'll never have to patch a shingled roof. But i LOVE knowing i've made an investment into my home. During heavy rain season in Florida we sprung a leak in our second bedrooms ceiling one night and Graham came out early the next day and got up on the roof to troubleshoot the problem and tarp the area that was leaking. The owner showed how committed he was to quality customer service by continuing to tarp our roof as one of those heavy Rain cells passed thru our area. The owner himself! got soaked but stayed up on the roof until the tarp was secure...thanks Jack! It meant a lot to me that all involved in our project took the time to answer all of our questions before, during, and after the project was complete. As a courtesy they stopped by a few days later to see how we were because they were in the area.🤓

I cant say enough about how amazing Graham Aluminum is. They were recommended to me by a lady in Publix. She talked about how personable they are. So , I thought why not give them a shot? I am so glad I did. From the sales man to the installers. They really went over and beyond to make sure all the things I wanted were done. If I had any questions they did not hesitate to answer them. Even after all the work was done they made sure to contact me and make sure I was fully satisfied with all the work they had done. I'm sure there is a company that may be cheaper, but you will not get the quality and personal experience that you get with GRAHAM ALUMINUM!!!

In the beginning they seemed great, but the finished product was dismal. I have two leaks in my new screened in porch. I have pictures of buckets filled with water. There are nails EVERYWHERE! The work was completed in May and I'm still finding nails from the job. Its like they dropped an entire bag of nails...also have missing nails in the cross bars.. And they never finished the accessories for the screened in porch: fan installation points and a cat door. The sales guy never wrote it down on the work order. I've tried calling and telling them the work isn't done, but it's hard to argue something that hasn't been documented to do. I would not recommend them.*Update*Two years later my gutters are leaking at the seams 😭

I had a new Patio built and the crew that did the concrete and the crew that built the room did a great job.The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the job not being complete yet and the lack of communication I have received from the start of the project.The project has been paid in full for over a week, and still not 100% complete. We were told over a week ago someone would be out next day to finish the job and nobody showed or called. This has been the case with them from before we even started. In several occasions we were told someone would be back next day and nobody showed up or called to let us know there was a delay. When I called them after no follow up for several days , I was given the same reason both times. They had people out sick. I have no problem with rescheduling as people do get sick. However, a phone call or text to let us know they would not make it would have gone a long way and been the professional thing to do.The work that has been done so far has been done very well and we are very satisfied with what has been done. We just want this project completed 100 % per the contract we signed.This review would have been 5 stars had they simply done a much better job with communicating any delays to us from the start.

He was very polite and was able to meet with me the next day to help quote my project. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to sign a contract same day at a great price! Graham's has done all my hurricane repairs; vinyl siding, aluminum and shingle roofing and my home looks amazing! My neighbor told me my house looks brand new! Jack was fantastic! He worked with me and kept me up to date on things as they were being done! He also went out of his way to help me financially get all this done and work with my insurance. My Aunt used Graham Aluminum to redo her carport handful of months ago. It had been something she wanted for many years and was so excited and beyond pleased after it was complete!! A little over a month ago, I ended up calling the gentleman who assisted her, Jackie, to thank him considering she is STILL gleaming. Excellent customer service, quality work, great price. If I could give a negative number review, that would be better! This is THE WORST company I have had to deal with. Their sales team (Butch and some other guy) were so pushy, kept insisting we needed to make a decision right then and there, and the price would change if we didn't decide. They told us about 5 times that it takes over an hour for them to get to our house (I don't care, if your company doesn't service this area, you shouldn't have made the appointment). When I called the office to tell them I received "Oh, yea I apologize about those two, we have been trying to fire them" (WHAT?!?!) Then I was told the sales manager would come out because he wanted to apologize for the sales teams behavior. TWO hours before he is supposed to be at our house, he called to tell me not once but twice that i"ts not worth his drive to us if I am just going to tell him his pricing is to high". We have had 4 other companies come to the house and come in priced 1/2 of what Graham is quoting us, when I told Kevin that he was pushing for the other companies names, locations etc, asked me twice if they were local. Again, not my problem as to where the company is located. I am completely appalled at the sales team and the sales managers behavior, unprofessional-ism, and pushiness!!! I can not express enough how awful of an experience this has been! Please, please, please reconsider contacting or even using this company!!!!!

My husband and I wanted to replace our pool cage because it was old, rusty, and didn't appear sturdy. I called a few places, saw Graham Aluminum's add in the Home Mag and called them. Kevin, the General Manager came out the next day and gave us a quote that we felt was reasonable. The very next week Steven came to tear down and replace the existing pool cage. At first I thought it took longer than it should have, but Steven finished and it looked great and made the entire house look brand new with the bronze versus the white! We had a few issues with some minor details, so I called the company and they came out and resolved them even though we had already paid in full! I respect this company because they UNDERSTOOD my concerns and took care of us!THANKS YOU!
