I have nothing but praise for the High Tower Roofing team. They were the first to assist after the hurricane and installed my new metal roof about a month ago. Trey kept in contact with me and ensured communication was facilitated on every detail from assessment to scheduling to install. The foreman for the roofing crew was spectacular along with the crew. They worked diligently and the end product is wonderful. I can't help but look at my new roof and smile each time I pull up to the house.

We had our tile roof damaged during hurricane Ian. High Tower roofing had done work in our neighborhood so we could see quality of their jobs. We were not disappointed! High Tower is an excellent company. We started with Carlos Bohorquez who presented the process of replacing and putting new roof in very clear, transparent way. He carefully answered all the questions and pricing was very straightforward. Project was started exactly on the day set up without any delays. The whole process went very smoothly. Robert Kroupa and his crew were very prompt, attentive and we were informed daily about progress. Quality of work was superb. The job site was kept very clean and debris were cleaned from around the house. They had done fantastic job!We highly recommend High Tower roofing!!!

We are 3 weeks into our new roof. Looks great. No leaks. Sales was awesome. Price point was competitive.Customer service was outstanding! Turn around was a few weeks. The crew leader was very friendly and attentive. Our crew was very efficient. They did a tear off n install in 1 day. They did a great job keeping our yard clean. They were respectful of our pets. All we can say is WOW! .

Hightower Roofing installed my tile roof about 5 years ago. Subsequent to the installation I had solar panels installed on my roof. A number of tiles were broken in the process which wasn't discovered until recently. Called Hightower and Michael responded immediately and had a crew over in a short time to do the repairs. They are an excellent roofing company and I have recommended them to numerous other people and they all have said their service is superior! Around the Palm Aire community I believe a majority of their business is done by word of mouth and their excellent reputation.

There is no question, High Tower Roofing is the best of the best in the entire region - so lucky a firm of this quality is based here in Central Florida. We needed an entirely new tile roof thanks to the Hurricane, and they guided us through the process every step of the way. Their team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. In particular, Carlos Bohorquez was amazing in explaining all of our options - and with a tile roof you have many decisions to make - and he patiently answered all of our questions provided samples and written information and given there was an insurance claim involved, understood there were other parties to be satisfied and inspections that needed to be done. He did not miss a beat throughout the process, and we so appreciated his skilled communication with us throughout. A rockstar. We also were super impressed with Robert Kropa from the High Tower Team and owe him many thanks. He helped us daily make sure the work was being done right, and that there was no damage to our pavers that surrounded the house, sprinkler system and lawn given the amount of equipment and materials that are involved with such a project. All in all, amazing people that you can trust with such critical construction. Thank you all!

Got a estimate to replace our roof. My husband and I were about to sign the contract and my husband discovered they had an additional 1200 dollars hidden in the contract. If we hadn't read it we would have had to pay the extra 1200 on top of what we agreed to. Be careful of what you are going to sign. Read read and make sure of what you are going to sign . To say the least I was extremely upset. I didn't take them to be shady. The guy who gave us the quote was on our roof twice and should have seen we had more than one layer of shingles. He didn't even know how to calculate our peaks in the estimate. People be aware.

Started out solidly at 5 stars. The consultation was quick, honest, and fair. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to details that mattered in the initial process. The service matched the reputation...until the work was "done."I was surprised then when I noticed the caulk work around my front door being so sloppy (photos attached). Worse...its in the most noticeable spot and about 5 feet apart from each other. 3 weeks after sharing the concern, it still isn't fixed, and I have to follow up multiple times to get any update. I'm concerned with the rest of the work quality now, especially after being told "Just paint over it or rip it out." That isn't the right solution, and I paid for a job well done, not a sloppy job covered up. (Idk why a clean straight line isn't an option. I could do it myself if I hadn't paid them to...its an easy quick job)I shouldn't have paid the final invoice and would encourage further users to hold money until its right. I put too much faith into the reputation of a company I trusted and regret it - the job wasn't finished right, and if they won't caulk it right, and they appear uninterested in correcting that. I'm disappointed my 15 year old builder grade roof had more attention to detail and don't have much faith in the Hightower warranty now if major issues appear. While I won't say outright avoid - its a small detail- I will say learn from my mistake and hold your money until you're sure they've done a satisfactory job. Very disappointed. Won't recommend as confidently as I should have been able to.

A friend referred me to High Tower, and I am glad he did. It was my first experience with asphalt shingles, so their man, Steve, explained the advantages and warranties between various products. Their installers were punctual and thorough. They even swept the ground with a magnet in case any nails had fallen. That's right... a magnet. 2-story home with detached garage.

After talking with several roofing companies in Lakeland we chose High Tower Roofing.Carlos was our sales representative and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He was in contact with us throughout the entire project and personally inspected the new roof with me, at the conclusion of the project.The installation team was incredible and the quality of their workmanship was top-notch. They cleaned the job site at the end of the workday, each and every day they were on site. We found absolutely no nails around the house after they left.
