Roofing Florida was amazing when my dad needed his roof replaced! They went out the same day that we called to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. We put a claim in to the insurance and they were there every step of the way, even meeting with the adjuster when he went to assess the damage. The new roof looks awesome and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves after leaving everyday. They were courteous, prompt, and very professional! Highly recommend!

Honest, trustworthy, and fantastic customer service!I apologize for the long review, but if you are shopping for a new roof it is well deserved and worth the read!I recently bought a new house at the end of last year (well new to me). Being that my home is about 13 years old and we are approaching hurricane season I thought it best to have a roofing company come out to check on my roof. I called a few different companies and it was unbelievable how terrible the customer service was. It was hard enough to get someone on the phone let alone to actually show up ON TIME to meet with me. I had a couple companies come out because I always like to shop around. The first two companies I was able to reach finally came out and took a few days but got me an estimate to replace my roof. In the meantime not being able to reach anyone for my price quotes I figured 3rd time would be a charm.Thats when I called Roofing Florida, and am I glad I did! THEY SAVED ME ALMOST $20,000.00 ON MY ROOF!!No that's not a typo, in reality they just saved me from spending the money for a few more years. This was what I thought was the best part of the whole experience. When I called Roofing Florida someone answered on the first try, and they scheduled a visit to come out the next day . The gentleman that happen to come out I believe was one of the owners, he went up and took a good 30 minutes or so to assess my roof and then we chatted for about another 30. It turns out I don't actually need a new roof, at least not now. I was ready and expecting to have to spend the money but Alvaro was honest enough to tell me the truth. He estimated I had at least another 4-5 years left on my current roof. I still had asked him for an estimate so that I can prepare for when the time comes. Alvaro got back with me the next day with an estimate that was at least $1500 less than the other two companies.I may not have bought a roof from today, but you can be sure that when I do I wont be wasting my time calling anyone else but Roofing Florida!Thank you again for your honesty !
