First of all RIG Roofing showed up for a quote unlike some other companies I had called. Second is John the quote guy. He is very professional, friendly, and can answer all your questions. The team that showed up did a very professional job removing our old roof keeping the debris collected on tarps to keep things clean. My new metal roof is beautiful. It has also lowered my electric bill by almost half. And lastly is Nikki. She was a big help with every issue we had come up. We had an insurance claim and they were slow to pay and Nikki worked with us. Thank you RIG for an amazing roofing experience.Service: Roof installation

Never used them.Tried to call Wednesday before Thanksgiving. One of their trucks at 3 PM pulled out of Lunn Road onto Ewell Rd Lakeland and cut off an ambulance. Lights and sirens going. Ambulance even honked its horn to get RIGroofing truck’s attention. Driver never stopped at all.I’ll never use this roofing company. RIGroofing. So much disregard for life-saving professionals.They might have same disregard for your roof/home/family.

RIG did a great job on our roof. They also gave us an estimate to replace our skylight lenses. When they realized that they could no longer get the right sized lenses to replace on our skylights, they replaced the whole skylights and did not change the estimate.

Our home sustained substantial roof damages as a result of Hurricane Ian in Aug 2022. After doing some intense research trying to find a reputable roofing company that would do quality work at a reasonable price range, my wife and I decided to go with R.I.G. roofing. Not only was their Sales Representative Alan Sheppard very courteous and extremely professional explaining the entire process from start to finish, the entire roofing repair team was punctual arriving at our home each day completing the work considering the high temps each day. The site manager Jhonathan was extremely professional and explained the roof repair process and stayed in touch with us constantly to make sure all supplies that had been ordered were on site and the crew was on schedule. Ms. Destiny Delgado kept us informed from day one of supply order, supply shipment to our home and when the crew would be arriving. After the work was completed, Jhonathan did a final inspection of the roof and noted one minor issue in a small area in which Ms. Destiny contacted us and informed us they would reschedule the crew to come out and take care of the issue, which they did very quickly. All-in-All we are very pleased with the work the R.I.G. team did replacing our entire roof and have recommended them to other home owners in our community that also suffered roof damages from storms Ian and Nicole last year. They were on time with installing it and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they completed the job. They also helped with sending the information to my Insurance Company. The installers worked hard. Since RIG was more costly than the other roofer I had give me a quote, I did expect a little more than we received. I have had to call them a couple of times to see “where we were” on the job. Now I plan to call again because it’s been almost 2 weeks since they were paid, and I still haven’t received the wind mitigation inspection.
