I cannot say enough good things about Stronghold Roofing and Solar. Josh LeClair was super 👌 and made sure everything came off without a hitch. The installers knew what needed to be done and did it efficiently. Plants around the house were protected and we lost nothing. I have a simple roof so they started early and were done and cleaned up in time for lunch. GOOD JOB EVERY BODY!!

I was the go between and was so thoroughly impressed by his level of professionalism and communication that I decided to hire him for my own roof, as well! Jimmy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He made recommendations but explained why he was making the recommendations. He was also well groomed and spoke English that was understandable. Price was in the expected range. Work crew was courteous and efficient. They moved potted plants into the lanai and moved lawn ornaments out of the work area. Product was top notch. 1,900 square foot home roof stripped, minor repairs made and re-roofed in one day. Jimmy came back the following day to be sure job was completed properly. Will recommend Stronghold to anyone.

Did a bit of research on local roofing companies. Decided I wanted a GAF Elite contractor... you get a better manufacture warranty if the company has that qualification. Contacted all 3x GAF elite contractors in the area for quotes. One was crazy high, Stronghold was in the Middle, and another was about 5% cheaper. The cheaper company's negative reviews were met without ownership of issues, as such I decided to spend a bit more and go with a company that took ownership of any issues that occur.Got the quote and found out they had availability in 10 days. Crew came out and did an amazing job...THE BAD: There were a few minor issues. A handful of plants were crushed pretty bad, I'm still finding nails in the yard (although the ran the magnetic pickup numerous times around the drive, so no nails in tires!), and they broke a $8 pool filter pressure gauge.The GREAT! - Crew was well staffed, kind and considerate. All work was done in 1.5 days. No trash was left behind. I have a fragile driveway (decorative top overcoat), they put plywood over the entire drive to protect it from heavy trucks and debris. Salesman was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had before, during and after the work. Roof looks great!All in all, ZERO complaints. I will happily use this company again on any property in Lakeland that I am working on!!! Pricing is competitive, and probably cheaper in the long run compared to the cheapest options. Go Stronghold!

I called for an estimate and made an appointment and Brandon came by with his sales materials. We discussed the re-roof and he gave us a most reasonable estimate. I agreed and roofing crew was there the next week and finished the project in a day. I did opt for the solar powered attic exhaust fan and that in itself is one of my better buys. The crew was professional, and I didn't feel that they did anything that was not needed or do anything to pad the bill. Highly recommended.

Jimmy, Nathan and the Stronghold team were patient and fabulously completed a beautiful new roof with GAF Timberline® UHDZ™ Shingles in pewter gray. Jimmy had the patience of a saint as the battle ensued with the insurance company. Once the claim was settled, the contract was signed and work began about a week later. The project took 3 days and is beautiful. I’ve been dealing with company since August 2021for some storm damage that I had. I decided to use my own Public Adjustor before calling them, but they could have handled all of the insurance issues. It’s February 2022 and they just came to install the new roof! Ben was amazing all along the way, offering help whenever I needed it. They kept in contact with me for 1/2 year making sure I was being taken care of! I’m truly grateful that I stuck with them and had them install the roof. It took two days to complete and crews were very respectful about landscaping and cleaning up nails. Can’t say enough good things!!! Definitely recommended! From the beginning the customer care was outstanding. Brandon really takes his time to go over your options and provides a really fast quote. No pressure what so ever about using Residential Roofing, in fact he asked if I wanted to shop around. They took care of everything from permits to clean up. They provided a picture portfolio of the whole job start to finish. The crew that re-shingled my home were professional and courteous. They left my home the same way they found it (also used a magnet to retrieve any loose nails from removing old shingles and placing new shingles. Happy to report no nails found). They covered my shrubs from falling debris also. The roof looks fantastic and have already received compliments from the neighbors. The price was way under what I anticipated. Over all I couldn't be happier with the service, product and end result.

Very poor communication from this company after the contract was signed. They rescheduled without asking us for a day that fit our schedule and only after I happened to contact them to confirm the original installation date just 2 days before it was to be done. They showed no concern for the lack of communication or work by material suppliers. First when a worker unloaded then had to reload materials due to them not knowing about hurricane Nicole. Then Stronghold showed no care when we had concerns with the state of materials being dropped off later on. When installing the new roof, they stomped around so much on the roof that it shattered one of our light fixtures. Wouldn't you know it, Stronghold did not care. 2 friends of ours had roofs replaced from different companies & neither had broken light fixtures as a result. Finally, they did not bother to inform us that it was ok to take the permit notice down until a week had gone by and I emailed them about it.Horrible company. Suggest going elsewhere. My wife is making sure everyone in the real estate agency she works with knows to avoid this company.
