Spoke with Brandon, nice enough guy, but tried to gaslight us into not doing our flat rooftops when we knew it was an issue with the insurance company, so he had to come out more than once to price what we asked, definitely tried to threaten us with pulling the finance when we showed the slightest hesitation on moving forward with the process. They use a finance company that you can only use through them. Getting the funds was never an issue so we did go with a more reputable company that has been in the business for over 20 years. Who priced us out the first time for what we asked less than 14k. At the end of the day they only want to the sale so just make sure you do your research and get multiple quotes. He came in with the lowest number 10.2k, but it wasn’t for all the work we needed done and it quickly went up another 4gs. If you need in house financing and don’t have any flat roofs they may be ideal, just wasn’t for us.
