Chuck at AMS truly went above and beyond!! When we had the roof of our older mobile home replaced, it caused some damage to the ceilings. When their internal person had a series of issues that made him unable to repair our ceilings for several months, AMS hired another company to do the repairs. And when that company didn't finish everything as promised, Chuck came out on a SATURDAY to do the work HIMSELF and make it right. In a world where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, AMS stands out and stands by their service. I wish I could give AMS and Chuck more than 5 stars!

They put our roof over on during a rain storm. Water flooded through and ruined our new drywall. They sent someone out to do repairs and they did a horrible job that I've spent the last 2 days fixing myself. Now I have to buy more primer and paint for the drywall and still have to repair paneling and paint that. Our house is a mess again because of them and they just blew us off and forgot about us. They got their money and now don't care. Buyer beware.

My experience was short and what I call “a rare occasion” I had a roof leak where my porch met the house, minor but I just had the porch remodeled. I called on a Friday and was told that someone would be there at 9am Monday morning and he was, Pat jumped up on my roof, when he came down he told me it just needed to be caulked, I told him I didn’t have any cash and he said not to worry about it, he took some caulk out of his truck and fixed it for free, FREE. So I just want to say thank you.

Had this company do an add on to an existing carport to put a garage on and the work they did was horrible .Wall board not put up right, windows and door not square or sealed correctly.I had 2 failures from the town of things not done right.Had to move a wall 2 times .The window that they had to take out and put wallboard in its place was not flat and the inside wall that he had to do was awful .I actually now have a crack in that bedroom wall where he had done the work.I called multiple times requesting someone to come and look at the Terrible workmanship but No one would check it out.The door and garage door leaked and I had to have them come multiple time to fix it.The woman that answered their phone was rude.Everything that was done was sloppy and uneven. I had to hire another company to come fix everything once they said everything was complete.To change a carport into a garage took 11 months! A job that should have been 1 month tops.Calle for someone to come out and look at the job the fella was doing and they never came out

Joe was a phenomenal worker and professional! He installed new windows and even cleaned them afterwards! He also put up the blinds that had to be removed. He was on time, courteous and professional. Super!

Patrick was very rude. We needed a door replaced and he was referred by a friend. He came out, quoted a price, said it could take up to 8 weeks to get a replacement door in due to Covid, took measurements, and then left saying he had a job to get to. No communication. Almost 6 months later and still haven’t heard a word. Would not use this company.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, if I could give them a minus 5 star I would. We had a new roof put on in July 2018 and we have had them out to fix our roof over 7 times for leaks. They punctured nail holes in our screened porch and laugh at us when they came out to look at it and said there was nothing they could do. We cannot get them to fix the problems properly and are taking the next step and suing them. BUYERS BEWARE!

AMS installed a roof-over on our manufactured home as well as replaced acrylic windows and an entrance door in our Florida room. Excellent products, superior workmanship, very professional, kept worksite neat and organized and cleaned up during and afterwards. The installers noticed a couple of concerns with items and they ordered replacements immediately. Could not have asked for more. There were delays due to aluminum shortages, but not AMS.

AMS backed out of our job after signing our contract. I already had started the process of withdrawing funds from a retirement account in order to perform work and cannot re-deposit the funds. Extremely disappointing that they didn't follow through, because we were looking forward to our new room.
