I obtained multiple estimates to re-shingle and remove and reinstall our solar panels. Although not the least expensive nor the most expensive, we went with Duralast because it was one-stop shopping and Jeff & Leslie were very easy to work with. We went with the Titan 30-year shingles. From signing the contract to completion was about 10 days which included getting the necessary permits, removing the solar panels, re-shingling, getting inspected by the city, and reinstalling the solar panels. The solar team led by Chad did a great job. It was also comforting to pay after the job was completed versus paying upfront. The wind mitigation inspection was part of the contract and saved us $1,000 on our homeowner’s insurance. We didn’t use financing, but Duralast can also get you financing assuming you have a good credit score.

I wish l had given Jeff a great review after the excellent job he did for my mother's home in September of 2020 during the pandemic!But" l was working a lot of overtime at Walmart ( taking care of mom, etc).The job his company did was to install a new metal roof and a Duralast roof on the flat roof. Called on a Thursday with a small, time sensitive repair. Jeff had his guys out there by Friday afternoon to install a pitch pan and seal the area around the pipe mast riser. They were done in about an hour at a great price.

I am hesitantly writing this review and will amend/remove if our inquiry is resolved. We have a 2018 roof on our house that was installed by this company for the previous homeowner. I believe there is a leak that has caused a partial collapse of the ceiling and insulation in the garage. I called on Friday 1/6 to explain the situation and request a service visit. Eric was to call me back and didn't. I called on Monday 1/9. Eric again stated the company would call me back to get someone out to me. No call back. I called again on Tuesday 1/10. Eric acknowledged he didn't call me back and then said that Phil would be out my way and would call me. Never received that call. I called later in the day and spoke with Tony, who stated Jeff would need to transfer the warranty to me and would call me. Jeff never did call. I called yet again on 1/11. Eric stated, Tony doesn't work there, and that he was going to get Phil out to me. Placed me on hold for a few minutes. The call dropped. I have tried calling back several times on 1/11 with no answer and voicemail is full. I called this morning, 1/12, and received no answer. Then I called from a different phone number and the call was miraculously answered! Eric again put me on hold, dropped the call, and now no one will answer the phone.

This company did a great job with my roof installation. As a retired licensed general contractor I was very pleased with the quality and work ethic of the roofers. In very hot Florida temperatures they still managed to complete the roof in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project that you have.Service: Roof installation

After getting a recommendation from a close friend of mine I contacted PHI for an estimate. Jeff came over & measured every thing out & gave me a GREAT Price for a new roof & blown in insulation in our attic. His price was $1000.00 less from the roofer our handyman had recommended!! Jeff and Pete were very quick to respond to my need for a new roof as it was insurance renewal time. Their crew arrived on-site at 8:30 AM and in just 2 days had completed the job. My biggest concern was that because I had just installed seamless gutters that they would be damaged. There is not a scratch to be found on my gutters. Their crew was phenomenal. At the end of each day they scoured the yard for excess nails and debris and cleaned everything up. There was not a speck of debris left. This man was tailing me so bad going side to side i thought he was literally going to hit me. So i flicked him off and he proceeded to tell me to pull over so he can beat me up🤣 Nice advertisement thank god this guy was driving a work truck Lol

This company just started reroofing 2 weeks ago in our townhome community of 50+ buildings. They are doing an awesome job and are on the roofs 12+ hours a day rain or shine. I too have been through a new roof project on a single home and there is no comparison considering the scale of the job. I would rather deal with a landscaping issue instead of worrying about my roof leaking. If I encounter a problem I go through the proper chain of command as opposed to bashing a company I know nothing about.Also landscaping is the responsiblity of the hoa. These are just growing pains to improve our community but there is always someone willing to complain rather than be greatful. Painting is next on the agenda, I always recommend if you don't like the way things are done attend an hoa meeting or move to an non hoa community.Service: Roof installation

After looking for a good roofing company I could afford that was a established company and would be in business down the road if there were any issues, my co worker referred me to Property Home Roofing.She had them do her roof a year ago and was very satisfied.I had gotten other bids.I had read many other company reviews also.All of them have some complaints!But this company has finance companies they work with, which I needed.The crew was excellent!They worked quietly and were hard workers! They kept everything cleaned up.I love my new roof.It is top notch! Shingle and flat Florida room addition.The city permit inspector also said they did a great job.I highly recommend this professional company.

PHI has been great and continues to be great. Any issues are resolved ASAP. I needed a job done very fast due to some travel and they met all my needs. Since that time a couple of issues have come up and I'm treated the same as a new customer who has not signed the contract or paid in full. When they tell you they will be there that day they will be even if it means extended their day and showing up after 6pm. I don't think I would trust anyone else with my roofing needs. Pete, Jeff, and their crew are the best.

Absolutely fabulous service. We were in a hurry to have our roof replaced. Jeff the owner came out and gave us a very fare estimate and we loved the products they used. They completed and finished everything on the estimate. His guys also cleaned every bit of old roofing off our patios and yard. They even went around the house with a metal detector to make sure all the nails were picked up. We love our roof and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them in the future for any home improvement.

The process was smooth and professional. The work was completed on time and all documentation was provided on demand. We had gotten three or four quotes and were set to go with another company but they could not get to us for a couple of months. We decided to get one more quote and randomly called PHI. Everything checked out and they had decent reviews. Jeff came out to give the quote and he was very professional and overall, seemed to be genuinely a nice guy. We mulled it over for a few days and once again, checked the company, license and history with BBB. All was good as was the price. The crew did a great job and finished timely. There were no issues and they left the property clean and in order. We would definitely recommend this company. Price was FAIR.

From beginning to end this was the easiest home improvement project I had ever done! Pete came out within 1 day to understand my requirements, he made great recommendations all at a fair price. The crew pitch the flat roof and put special material on the flat part, they installed a great gable vent the length of the roof not a tin vent. They started when they said they were going to start, they did what they said they would do and they finished on-time. All my neighbors and even my father-in-law (one tough cookie) gave these guys 5 stars.

This is without question the only roof and remodel company I will ever work with for home remodel projects. I just bought a home requiring nearly a complete renovation starting with a roof replacement. While reviewing the projects the knowledge, expertise and attention to detail offered by Jeff replaced an otherwise overwhelming workload truly with peace of mind - not typical from my many previous experiences. During the work, the communication and response was timely and continual. The finished product was top-notch, on time and under budget - again an exception from my experience. In my book all of this adds up to a rare and winning combination. Not to mention I have the nicest roof on the block. This is a hard act to follow and I highly recommend without reservation.

Jeff, Pete, and his crew did a great job on our home. Very nice crew and staff. Always available on the phone. The crew never left the house or yard a mess. It took 3 days to complete because we had flat roof that needed some extra attention.
