They put a new roof on my house right before I purchased it. Five years later I contacted them and ask for some information on the metal use on the roof so that I could sample the water collected off the roof during rain events in my cistern to see what metal may be leaching from the roof. They were quick to respond and provided everything I need.Recently I got an inspection from my safe Fl home. The inspector claimed that we didn’t have secondary waterproofing on our roof (the inspection performed during purchase said we did) which would have caused an increase in insurance cost.I contacted the office and they provided me what I needed to correct the inspection.The inspection company just kept asking for more and more items. Keys Roofing continued to work with me until we were successful.

It was a small job (2 days) and they were able to get it done with in our crazy schedule (wife works nights). Had one small issue but they were quick to come out and make it right.
