Robert and his crew did a great job on replacing a very old screen enclosure. I am always a little concerned when hiring a contractor but Robert and his crew made me feel comfortable with their work quality and attention to details. The office crew and the salesman were also great. I would not hesitate to using Pyramid Aluminum again or recommending them to anyone.

We are so happy with our screen enclosure!! It turned out better than we expected! We had a great experience right from the start when Bob Elliot came to give us an estimate and go over all the details. He knows his stuff and made great recommendations on how to design it. They take care of all the permits and design of the enclosure. Once they had all the permits in place their crew led by Robert were just amazing!! They finished in 3 days and I can not say enough about how awesome they were. The ladies in the office Lisa and Gail are so nice to work with too! Our patio is not an easy kind to do so we are so impressed with the finished product! I can not recommend them enough! Thank You guys!

Lisa was fantastic to work with! She always called me whenever there was an update with our job. When we signed in March, we were told our job start date was end of September. We received an email at the start of hurricane season stating jobs may be pushed back if a storm comes. The communication was very informative, stating that we would be contacted if any issues arose. Luckily for us, no storms and a few other jobs had push backs due to their own issues. Our job was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule! It looks AMAZING 😊

Pyramid Aluminum widened our carport, offset the posts that hold up the carport roof, and installed a sunshade the length of our driveway. Mike and the crew that did the installation, were hard working, courteous and friendly. They did some things that weren’t specified in the contract, for example, they installed new down spouts on the rain gutters and filled the holes in the concrete where the old posts had been. Our project turned out even better than we anticipated. We are seasonal residents so the timing of our project took some coordination. Wayne answered the phone and my questions every time I called. Any one who chooses Pyramid Aluminum for their project is making a wise choice indeed.

From the initial quote, to my tour of the manufacturing facility, to contacts with the office for schedluling, to the team on site doing the installation, everything went wonderful. The installation was amazing. I believe each and every individual working on the installation worked as if they were doing something on their own property. Lisa kept us updated on the timing of when the team would start the job. We had a complete pool enclosure replaced because of tree damage from a lightning strike by Pyramid. They were highly professional from beginning to finish. Even later after a rain exposed a leak they came within 24 hours to correct an area that was not sealed completely. And the foreman Robert was unbelievable in his ability to handle the demolition and build without damaging anything around the work area. If it wasn't for some of the equipment that we told them they could leave each day you would not have known they were here. I cannot say enough concerning the crew that worked on the project. Polite, considerate and professional above and beyond expectations. Especially Robert! His ability to keep the project running smoothly was entertaining to watch and very much appreciated. His ability to look ahead at issues the crew would encounter and already have a solution for them was also amazing to witness. Pyramid was not the low bidder on this project, but the extra money spent for them because of their reputation was well worth it.

We had a cage put on our patio across the back of our house by Pyramid Aluminum in Largo. They were awesome. Despite some unavoidable delays, they got it done very professionally! Robert came out and worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted. He designed and then came out and built it and it is spectacular! I can't tell you how much I love it and what a great job he did. When the inspector came out to check it over and found out Pyramid did it he said, "Oh they're good! we never have any problems with Pyramid!" Thanks so much!!

We had Pyramid come out to give us quotes on Windows and gutters.Wayne was very helpful advising us on what type of windows we needed for our condo.We ordered them and waited for them to be made. The installers were very polite and knew what they needed to do.Robert and his coworker were great !We had a few hiccups in the process but Wayne and his crew were right on and solved our issues as quickly as possible. Our windows are beautiful ! We should have done this years ago!After the window job we hired Pyramid to do our gutters. Bob the salesman came out to measure and talked with us on what size gutter we should get.He was great.Gutters , windows are all done ! Pyramid did an outstanding job on our new screen enclosure and gutters. Wayne and his company came highly recommended by my regular contractor and I was offered an attractive price for a full screen enclosure tear down, rebuild, woodwork and gutter replacement + new gutter installation. Robert, Brandon, Joel and the other guys that worked on the job did excellent work and the results are amazing! The new enclosure has completely transformed our back lanai and pool area. Our friends and family cannot believe how much of a difference the new cage has made, and the incredible craftsmanship put forth by the guys that built it. They're really nice guys too and very professional. I don't usually give five stars but I think these guys deserve it. I am very happy with the job they did and the price I paid for it. We are so very happy with our new pool cage!!!! The permit process was a little long due to COVID delays but Denise from Pyramid was always happy to email the county for updates and follow up. Communication was excellent from all throughout the entire process. Robert, the lead installer, has very good attention to detail and always called to clarify if needed o make sure the final product was just what we wanted. He even came out with Bob, in person, just before the install to verify some changes...at 5pm after work no less. We appreciate Pyramid being flexible enough to work with our schedules! You can tell everyone involved wants to make the customer happy. In the end, we have a beautiful, sturdy, well-built cage to enjoy. The engineering and design are on point! Kudos to the entire team!!!

Outstanding workmanship, service, quality, and price!! We had three companies come out to quote on an enclosure for our new swim spa -- Pyramid was the only one we'd consider. Wayne was prompt, professional, thorough -- and beat the competitor's price by a few thousand dollars (the 3rd company was downright rude, and didn't even bother to return a quote). He also wrote out the most thorough estimate I've received for any sort of work, there was no question of what was included.The screen and aluminum are top-notch, as was the prompt, clean, hard-working crew putting it together. Our enclosure is beautiful, the price was great, and all dealings with Wayne, Denise, and the workmen was very pleasant. Pyramid will also be making our hurricane shutters, and if there is ever any more aluminum work to be done -- I won't even consider anyone else. If this sounds a bit over the top, it's because I am just so impressed with this company, couldn't be happier with our choice!

Our salesman Wayne was great. Really helped us with everything we wanted & explained everything .they did the work on time & their workman were professional & courteous. The clean up everyday was great. Couldn't tell they were there. Our gutters & fascia board look really good. When it started raining we had a couple of leaks. We called &told Bob. They were back the next day & everything was taken care of. Even our neighbors commented on how professional they were & how good our gutters and downspouts look. We're very pleased.
