DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Don’t waste your time. They have google maps review with more bad reviews, but creates this, too. My home and detached garage roofs were replaced two years. The roof of the garage started caving in within 10 days. The company sent out a crew to fix it and the “fix” was not structurally sound, but the company said they couldn’t do anything else. There are nails not nailed into any beams, wood siding falling off, holes in my gutters, and nails all over my yard. It took months of calling them daily to get them to even make it so it wasn’t caving in.I found out that the Bud lied and said it had passed city inspection when it had in fact failed for the house and they never applied for a required additional permit for the garage. I called multiple times a week for over a month to get them to close out the permits which was in the contract. I am left with terrible workmanship and terrible customer service.

Summer Breeze just finished our shingle roof. Materials, price & guarantees seemed grnerally better or at least equal to competition. Everything was pleasant, easy, clear, smooth, fast & reasonably priced with all included, no hidden additional costs. Also they were able to do some small additional projects under their general contactor license. Just a few minor issues which were addressed promptly. Wind mitigation & permit inspections completed promptly. Clean up was mostly very good, but did leave several nails & some scraps. Would highly recommend them. 👍🏼

From the initial call, to the finished product everything was done as promised. We were kept informed as the project went along. The work crew and clean up were exceptional. Fair pricing, no hidden charges, outstanding customer service. We highly recommend.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY DO POOR WORK SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF HEADACHE AND STRESS N HIRE A DIFFERNT COMPANY TO DO YOUR ROOF !! This is one of many pictures I have of there poor work that they say is done correctly which as we all can see in the picture it’s not right this is the work of one of the crews with crew leader Noel do not recommend this company
